RECIPE IN ENGLISH
This is easily the most moist banana cake I have ever eat
and the best recipe from my best friend.
BANANA CAKE
RECIPE FROM:

INGREDIENTS:
4 ripe bananas, mashed
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
½ tsp. salt and vanilla powder
2 cups self-rising flour
1 tsp. baking soda or bicarbonate soda
1 cup margarine, melted
½ cup almonds powder
½ cup chocolate chips for sprinkle on top of the dough
HOW TO MAKE:
Preheat oven to 140 – 150 degrees Celsius.
Grease the mold with margarine and line the bottom with baking paper, then the last step grease again with margarine on top of the baking paper.
Peel the bananas, and mash with a fork.
Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla powder and salt until light and
fluffy.
Add banana, little by little, beating well after each addition.
Turn off the mixer.
Add flour, almond powder and bicarbonate soda, mix together with spatula until dry ingredients are just combined.
Add margarine and mix well.
Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until a wooden skewer
inserted in the center comes out clean.
Turn out and cool on a wire rack.

BAHAN YANG DIBUTUHKAN:
4 buah pisang matang, haluskan
4 butir telor ayam
1 cangkir gula pasir
½ sendok teh garam dan bubuk vanila
2 cangkir tepung self-rising
1 sendok teh soda kue
1 cangkir mentega, dilelehkan
½ cangkir bubuk kacang almond
½ cangkir coklat chips untuk ditaburin diatas adonan
CARA MEMBUAT:
Nyalakan Oven 140 – 150 derajad celcius.
Oles Loyang dengan margarine kemudian letakkan kertas roti
didasar loyang dan oles lagi dengan mentega.
Kupas kulit pisang dan haluskan dengan garpu.
Kocok telur, gula, bubuk vanilla dan garam sampai pucat dan
mengembang.
Masukkan pisang sedikit demi sedikit, dan kocok sampai semua
tercampur rata. Matikan mikser.
Masukkan tepung, bubuk almond, dan baking soda, aduk rata
dengan spatula sampai bahan kering tercampur rata.
Masukkan mentega leleh dan aduk rata.
Tuang adonan kedalam Loyang yang sudah disiapkan.
Taburin atasnya dengan coklat chip.
Panggang selama 1 jam didalam oven, atau pada saat uji tusuk
dengan tusuk sate, adonan sudah tidak menempel di tusuk sate.
Keluarkan dari oven dan dinginkan.
