I’m a big fan of beef or chicken floss.
I love to eat them with bread, congee and steam rice with
fried eggs, hmmm..so yummiee..:-)
I made this bread for myself and my family for breakfast.
I love cooking and baking for them.

BEEF FLOSS BREAD

INGREDIENTS:
For bread:
250 grams of flour
1 egg
40 g butter
70 grams sugar
90 mL of liquid milk / water
1 tablespoon dry yeast (instant yeast / fermipan)
SPREAD:
Egg yolk and 1 tablespoon of liquid milk is mixed into one
or stirring together.
Topping:
250 grams of Mayonnaise and 100 grams of sweetened condensed
milk, stirring together.
Abon as you wish
HOW TO MAKE:
Put together flour, yeast, and sugar into a large bowl.
Add eggs, butter and liquid milk.
Knead until the dough becomes smooth (not sticky to the
touch).
Let stand for 45 minutes until the dough expands.
Divide the dough, each around 30 grams.
Let stand again until fluffy about 20 minutes.
Shape the dough into a round / oval, as you wish.
Brush the surface with egg yolk.
Bake in oven 150 degree C for 20 minutes until cooked.
Take the bread that is cooked, split into two but not fully
separated.
Fill around the bread with mayonnaise mixture and Rub the
bread with mayonnaise mixture.
Sprinkle floss on bread

BAHAN-BAHAN:
Roti:
250 gr tepung terigu
1 butir telur
40 gr mentega
70 gr gula pasir
90 mL susu cair/air
1 sdm dry yeast (ragi instan/fermipan)
Olesan :
kuning telur dan 1 sdm susu cair di campur menjadi satu
Taburan :
250 gram Mayones dan 100
gram susu kental manis, diaduk jadi satu.
Abon secukupnya
CARA MEMBUAT:
Masukkan jadi satu tepung terigu, ragi instan, dan gula
pasir kedalam mangkok besar.
Tambahkan telur, mentega dan susu cair.
Uleni sampai adonan menjadi kalis (tidak lengket di tangan).
Diamkan 45 menit sampai adonan mengembang.
Bagi adonan masing-masing seberat 30 gram.
Diamkan lagi sampai mengembang kira-kira 20 menit .
Bentuk adonan menjadi bulat/lonjong.
Olesi permukaannya dengan kuning telur.
Panggang dalam oven 150 deg C selama 20 menit hingga matang.
Ambil roti yg sudah matang, belah menjadi dua tapi jangan
putus.
Isi belahan roti dengan campuran mayonaise dan Oles permukaan
roti dengan campuran mayones.
