ONTBIJTKOEK


ONTBIJTKOEK is a traditional cake from Dutch.
I can't quite describe the taste of it. It's really yummy and soft.
It's so easy to make and quick.
This cake is usually serve with tea at breakfast time or as a snack.

INGREDIENTS:

5 eggs
1 teaspoons cake emulsifier
100 grams of brown sugar
50 grams of white sugar
100 grams of flour
25 grams of cornstarch
20 grams of milk powder
2 teaspoons of spekoek
75 grams of margarine / butter, melted
slice almond / walnuts for topping


HOW TO MAKE:

Beat eggs, brown sugar, white sugar and cake emulsifier until fluffly, thick, and tread.
Sift flour, cornstratch, milk powder, and spekoek. Set aside.
Insert the flour mix which has been sifted beat by beat into the dough.
Stir well.
Insert melted margarine/butter and stir well.
Pour in to the mould which has been lined with baking paper and brush with margarine.
Sprinkle with almond/walnuts on top.
Baked in oven until cooked with temperature 150 derajad celcius for approximately  30 minutes.
Puncture test.
take off from oven and chill.

BAHAN YANG DIBUTUHKAN:

5 butir telor
1 sendok teh cake emulsifier atau SP
100 gram gula palem atau gula aren bubuk
50 gram gula pasir
100 gram tepung terigu
25 gram tepung maizena
20 gram susu bubuk
2 sendok teh bubuk spekoek
75 gram mentega atau buter, lelehkan
Almond atau kenari untuk taburan



CARA MEMBUAT:

Kocok telur, gula palem atau gula aren bubuk, gula pasir, dan cake emulsifier sampai mengembang, kental dan berjejak.
Ayak campuran tepung terigu, tepung maizena, susu bubuk dan spekoek. Sisihkan.
Masukkan campuran tepung sedikit demi sedikit kedalam adonan.
Aduk rata.
Masukkan lelehan mentega atau buter. Aduk rata.
Tuang kedalam loyang yang sudah dialasi kertas roti dan dioles mentega.
Taburi atasnya dengan almond atau kenari.
Panggang dalam oven dengan suhu 150 derajat celcius, selama kurang lebih 30 menit.
Tes tusuk.
Angkat dan segera keluarkan dari loyang, dinginkan.

CHICKEN TERIYAKI
(AYAM SAUS TERIYAKI)

INGREDIENTS:

1 kg breast chicken
5 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 whole browns onions, sliced
1 red capsicum, sliced
1 tablespoons honey
salt as you wish
pepper as you wish
2 tablespoons of margarine for sautéing


SEASONING FOR MARINADE:

5 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons oyster sauce
8 tablespoons teriyaki sauce (Kikkoman Brand)
1 teaspoons chicken stock
2 tablespoons sesame oil


HOW TO MAKE:

Cut the breast chicken into cube or as you wish
Marinate the chicken with Seasoning for marinate.
Put in the container and leave approximately 1 hour.
Heat margarine in a wok with medium heat.
Saute garlic until fragrant.
Add chicken and the remaining seasoning for marinade. Mix well.
Cook the chicken with medium heat until fully cooked and changes colour.
Add salt, pepper, and honey to taste
Mix well.
Cook until seasoning is absorbed and chicken is cooked.
Mix well.
Add sliced onions, and sliced red capsicum.
Mix well for 1 minute.
Lift and set a side.
Ready to serve with warm rice...

CHICKEN TERIYAKI
(AYAM SAUS TERIYAKI)

BAHAN YANG DIBUTUHKAN:

1 kg dada ayam
5 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
1 siung bawang bombay, iris memanjang
1 buah paprika merah, iris memanjang
1 sendok makan madu
garam sesuai selera
merica sesuai selera
2 sendok makan mentega untuk menumis

BUMBU RENDAMAN (MARINATE):

5 sendok makan kecap asin
4 sendok makan saus tiram
8 sendok makan saus teriyaki (merek Kikoman)
1 sendok teh kaldu ayam bubuk
2 sendok makan minyak wijen


CARA MEMBUAT:

potong dada ayam kotak-kotak, atau memanjang atau sesuai selera.
rendam daging ayan=m dengan bumbu rendaman.
Taruh didalam kontainer dan diamkan selama 1 jam.
Panaskan mentega didalam wajan penggorengan dengan menggunakan api sedang.
Tumis bawang putih sampai harum.
Tambahkan ayam dan seluruh sisa bumbu rendaman. Aduk rata.
Masak ayam dengan menggunakan api sedang sampai matang dan berubah warna.
Tambahkan garam, merica dan madu secukupnya.
Aduk rata.
Masak sampai bumbu meresap dan ayam matang.
Aduk rata.
Tambahkan potongan bawang bombay dan paprika merah.
Aduk rata selama 1 menit.
Angkat dan sisihkan.
Siap disantap dengan nasi hangat.
