Chicken Katsu is Japanese Style Fried Chicken
coated in panko
It is usually served with Teriyaki sauce,
steam rice and salad.
This is my favourite food.
In Indonesia, it's commonly served
in Hoka Hoka Bento Restaurat.
You must try to make by your self,

RECIPE IN ENGLISH
JAPANESE CHICKEN KATSU
INGREDIENTS :
2 Chicken breast
2 tablespoon lemon juice
4 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 cm of ginger, crushed
1 tsp. papper
salt as you wish
flour as you wish
3 eggs
panko (japanese bread crumb) as you wish
vegetable oil for deep frying
Teriyaki sauce
Seewed as you wish
HOW TO MAKE :
Kneed chicken breast thinly, so that the spices are absorbed and easily cooked in frying pan.
Rinse the chicken and pat dry with paper towel.
Marinate Chicken with salt, pepper, ginger and lemon juice around 30 minutes.
Dust the flour on the chicken and remove excess flour.
Then dip it in beaten egg.
Cover the chicken evenly with panko (japanese bread crumb)
Put in the refrigerator around 10 minutes
Deep fry the chicken with medium heat until fully cooked.
Then transfer to a wire rack or paper towel-line tray to remove excess oil.
Make sure to keep the oil clean
(Pick up breadcrumbs from vegetable oil).
Served with Teriyaki sauce, steam rice and salad.
Put seewed on top the steam rice.
RESEP DALAM BAHASA INDONESIA
JAPANESE CHICKEN KATSU
BAHAN-BAHAN:
2 dada ayam
2 sendok makan perasan jeruk lemon
4 siung bawang putih, cincang
1 cm jahe, cincang
1 sendok teh merica
garam secukupnya
tepung terigu secukupnya
3 telur
panko (tepung roti jepang) sesuai selera
minyak goreng untuk menggoreng
saus teriyaki
HOW TO MAKE :
Pukul-pukul dada ayam dengan pemukul steak sampai tipis, bertujuan agar bumbu meresap dan daging ayam matang saat digoreng.
Cuci ayam sampai bersih dan keringkan.
Rendam ayam dengan garam, merica, jahe dan air perasan lemon selama 30 menit.
Lumuri ayam dengan tepung terigu hingga merata.
Kemudian celupkan kedalam telor kocok.
Baluri ayam dengan tepung panko (tepung roti jepang) sampai merata.
Letakkan di kulkas selama 10 menit.
Goreng ayam dengan panas sedang sampai matang dan kecoklatan.
Angkat dan letakkan diatas rak kawat atau tisue agar minyaknya keluar dan meresap ke tisue.
Saat menggoreng pastikan minyaknya bersih dari reruntukan tepung roti.
(ambil reruntukan tepung roti dari minyak goreng)
Siapkan dengan teriyaki saus, nasi hangat dan salad.
Letakkan seewed diatas nasi putih hangat.
