LASAGNA


RECIPE IN ENGLISH


LASAGNA

INGREDIENTS:

200 g (± 8 pieces) dried lasagne
200 gr grated mozzarella cheese
50 gr grated parmesan cheese


MEAT SAUCE:

2 tablespoons margarine
1 clove garlic, minced
100 gr onion, chopped
500 gr of minced beef
500 g tomatoes, pour boiling water, peeled, chopped
170 grams of tomato paste
200 ml of water
1 ¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano powder
¼ tsp. basil powder
2 ½ tsp. sugar


CHEESE SAUCE:

60 gr margarine
60 gr flour
700 ml milk
150 gr grated cheddar cheese
½ teaspoon pepper
¼ tsp. nutmeg


HOW TO MAKE:

Boil 2,000 ml of water in a pan, add 1 tbsp. cooking oil and lasagne, cook for 15 minutes or according in packaging, remove and drain.
Preheat oven at 180 º C.

MEAT SAUCE:

Heat the margarine, sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
Add minced beef, stirring until the colour changed, Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, and water.
Add salt, pepper, oregano, basil and sugar.
Cook over low heat until thick, remove from heat.

CHEESE SAUCE:

Heat the margarine over low heat or medium, put the flour, stirring while pouring milk little by little.
Once the dough is smooth, put cheese, pepper, and nutmeg, stir well, remove from heat.

FINISHING:

Prepare 4 pieces of heat-resistant baking pan or aluminium pan size 11 x 16 x 4 cm, Cover the base with aluminium foil, then spread with margarine.
Put lasagne sheet at the bottom of the pan, add the meat sauce, and cheese sauce on top, level the surface.
Cover again with lasagne sheet and other ingredients in the same order.
The last one, put the lasagne sheet on the top.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese on top.
Insert the pan into the preheated oven, bake for ± 20 minutes, remove from heat.
Serve and enjoy while warm.

LASAGNA

BAHAN:

200 gr (± 8 lembar) lasagna kering
200 gr keju mozzarella parut
50 gr keju parmesan parut


SAUS DAGING:

2 sdm margarine
1 siung bawang putih, cincang
100 gr bawang bombai, cincang
500 gr daging sapi cincang
500 gr tomat, seduh air mendidih, kupas, cincang
170 gr pasta tomat
200 ml air
1 ¼ sdt garam
1 sdt merica bubuk
1 sdt oregano bubuk
¼ sdt basil bubuk
2 ½ sdt gula pasir


SAUS KEJU:

60 gr margarine
60 gr tepung terigu
700 ml susu cair
150 gr keju cheddar parut
½ sdt merica bubuk
¼ sdt pala


CARA MEMBUAT:

Didihkan 2.000 ml air dalam wajan, tambahkan 1 sdm minyak goreng dan lasagna, masak selama ± 15 menit atau sesuai petunjuk dalam kemasan, angkat, tiriskan.
Panaskan oven pada suhu 180 º C.

SAUS DAGING:

Panaskan margarine, tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombai sampai layu.
Masukkan daging cincang, aduk sampai warnanya berubah, masukkan tomat cincang, pasta tomat, dan air.
Tambahkan garam, merica, oregano, basil dan gula.
Masak dengan api kecil sampai kental, angkat.

SAUS KEJU:

Panaskan margarine diatas api kecil atau sedang, masukkan tepung terigu, aduk sambil tuangi susu sedikit demi sedikit.
Setelah adonan licin, masukkan keju, merica, dan pala, aduk rata, angkat.

PENYELESAIAN:

Siapkan 4 buah loyang tahan panas atau loyang aluminium ukuran 11 x 16 x 4 cm, alasi dengan kertas aluminium, lalu olesi margarine.
Taruh selembar lasagna di dasar loyang, tambahkan saus daging, dan saus keju diatasnya, ratakan.
Lapisi lagi dengan lasagna dan bahan lainnya dengan urutan yang sama.
Paling akhir, taruh lasagna di atasnya.
Taburi keju mozzarella dan keju parmesan diatasnya.
Masukkan loyang ke dalam oven yang sudah dipanaskan, panggang selama ± 20 menit, angkat.
Sajikan dan nikmati lasagna selagi hangat.

JAVANESE FRIED RICE
(NASI GORENG JAWA)

INGREDIENTS:

500 grams of rice
4 piece of chicken drumstick, boiled, fried, and shredded
2 eggs
Indonesian Sweet Soy sauce to taste
1 tbsp. fish sauce
salt to taste
3/4 teaspoon sugar
Fried onions for topping
2 tablespoons oil for sautéing


SPICES:

2 cloves of garlic
4 red onions
2 candle nuts
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tsp. shrimp paste


COMPLEMENT:

1 piece of beef sausage
crackers


HOW TO MAKE:

Heat the oil.
Sauté spices until fragrant.
Set aside the edge of the pan.
Add the eggs and the shredded chicken. Stir until cooked.
Add rice, Indonesian sweet soy sauce, salt, and sugar.
Stir well. Cook until done.
Serve with complementary and sprinkle with fried shallots on top the rice.

BAHAN YANG DIBUTUHKAN:

500 gram nasi putih
4 potong paha ayam, direbus, digoreng, dan disuwir-suwir
2 butir telur
Kecap manis sesuai selera
1 sdm kecap ikan
Garam secukupnya
3/4 sendok teh gula pasir
Bawang goreng untuk taburan
2 sendok makan minyak untuk menumis


BUMBU HALUS:

2 siung bawang putih
4 butir bawang merah
2 butir kemiri
1/4 sendok teh merica
1/2 sendok teh terasi


BAHAN PELENGKAP:

1 buah sosis sapi
Kerupuk


CARA MEMBUAT:

Panaskan minyak.
Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum.
Sisihkan dipinggir wajan.
Masukkan telur dan ayam suwir. Aduk rata sampai matang.
Tambahkan nasi putih, kecap manis, garam, dan gula pasir.
Aduk rata. Masak sampai matang.
Masukkan ayam suwir.
Sajikan dengan pelengkap dan taburan bawang merah goreng.
