PANDAN SPONGE CAKE
(BOLU PANDAN)

INGREDIENTS:
15 pieces Pandan leaves
50 ml of water
125 ml coconut milk
50 gr margarine, melted
6 chicken eggs
225 grams sugar
250 gr flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. emulsifier
HOW TO MAKE:
Rub pan with butter and sprinkle with a bit flour. Set aside
Crushed Pandan leaves, Add the water, squeeze and strain.

Add part (1) into the coconut milk. Stir, mix the margarine,
stir again until blended. Set aside. (2)
Beat eggs, emulsifier, sugar until fluffy and white. Set
aside.
Mix flour, baking powder, until blended.
Add part (2) bit by bit and stirring gently and mix well.
Pour into pan.
Bake in a hot oven temperature of 180 C for approximately 60
minutes until cooked.

BAHAN YANG DIBUTUHKAN:
15 lembar daun pandan
50 ml air
125 ml santan
50 gr margarine, lelehkan
6 butir telur ayam
225 gr gula pasir
250 gr tepung terigu
1 sdt baking powder
1sendok teh elmusifer
CARA MEMBUAT:
Oles Loyang dengan mentega dan taburkan sedikit tepung.
Sisihkan
Tumbuk daun pandan, masukkan air, peras dan saring. (1)
Masukkan bagian (1) ke dalam santan. Aduk, campur dengan margarine, aduk kembali hingga
rata. Sisihkan.(2)
Kocok telur,elmusifer, gula pasir hingga mengembang dan
putih. Sisihkan.
Campur tepung terigu, baking powder,hingga rata.
Masukkan bagian (2) sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk
pelan. Aduk rata.
Tuang ke dalam loyang.
Panggang dalam oven panas bersuhu 180 C selama kurang lebih
60menit hingga matang.
