STIR FRIED SINGAPORE GREEN BEAN WITH CHICKEN MINCED

INGREDIENTS :
200 gr. green bean
100 gr minced chicken
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 table spoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white sugar
Vegetable oil
HOW TO MAKE :
Preheat frying pan with a little oil until smoky
Insert beans and let stand until 3 seconds, then stir and take out. Put aside.
On the frying pan which was used to cook the bean, saute onion until soft, put garlic until fragrant, insert minced chicken until fully cooked and granulated.
Pour oyster sauce, tomato sauce, pepper, salt, and sugar until all spices mixd up and fully absorbed. Lift and pour onto the fried bean.

INGREDIENTS :
200 gr. buncis
100 gr daging ayam cincang
1 buah bawang bombay
2 siung bawang putih
2 sendok makan saus tiram
1 sendok makan saus tomat
1/2 sendok teh merica
1/2 sendok teh garam
1/2 sendok teh gula pasir
Minyak goreng
CARA MEMBUAT:
Panaskan minyak didalam wajan sampai agak berasap.
Masukkan buncis, diamkan selama kurang lebih 30 detik, aduk bolak balik masak lagi.
Angkat dan sisihkan.
Panaskan wajan bekas buncis.
Tumis bawang bombay sampai layu.
Masukkan bawang putih dan tumis sampai harum dan layu.
Masukkan daging, tumis dan aduk rata, sampai daging berubah warna dan daging matang.
Masukkan saus tiram, saus tomat, lada, garam dan gula pasir.
Masak sampai bumbu tercampur rata dan meresap.
Angkat dan siram diatas buncis yang sudah digoreng.
