CHURROS


A churro, sometimes referred to as a Spanish doughnut, is a fried-dough pastry—predominantly choux—based snack. Churros are popular in Spain, France, the Philippines, Portugal, Latin America (including Spanish-speaking Caribbean islands) and the United States. There are two types of churros in Spain, one which is thin (and sometimes knotted) and the other which is long and thick (porra). 

They are both normally eaten for breakfast dipped in hot chocolate or café con leche

RECIPE IN ENGLISH


CHURROS

INGREDIENTS :

150 ml of water
50 grams of margarine
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
150 grams of flour, sifted
2 eggs
cooking oil to taste


Chocolate Sauce

150 grams of chocolate (according to taste, milk or pure)
1 tablespoon milk


How to make 

Heat water, margarine, salt, and sugar to a boil.
Pour the flour in 3 parts, stir, reduce heat. 
Stir for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat, break the eggs one by one, pour on the dough and stir well.
Insert the dough in piping bag with a serrated syringe.
Heat the oil in a frying pan.
Press the dough out of the piping bag over the pan until the dough out 10 cm, cut. 
Repeat until pan is full.
Fry Churros until golden brown.
Serve warm and dip with chocolate sauce.

Bahan Yang Diperlukan :


150 ml air
50 gram margarine
1/2 sdt garam
1 sdm gula pasir
150 gram terigu, ayak
2 butir telur
minyak goreng secukupnya


Saus coklat

150 gram coklat (sesuai selera, milk atau pure)
1 sdm susu


Cara membuat:

Panaskan air, margarine, garam, gula hingga margarine mendidih.
Tuang terigu dalam 3 bagian, aduk rata, kecilkan api. Aduk selama 2 menit.
Angkat dari api, pecahkan telur satu demi satu diadonan, aduk rata.
Masukkan adonan di piping bag dengan spuit bergerigi
Panaskan minyak di wajan.
Tekan adonan dari piping bag diatas wajan hingga keluar adonan 10 cm, potong. Ulangi hingga wajan penuh.
Goreng Churros hingga kuning kecoklatan.
Hidangkan hangat dan cocol di saus coklat.
