SPICY BEEF JERKY (DENDENG LAMBOK)

SPICY BEEF JERKY
(DENDENG LAMBOK)

INGREDIENTS:

500 grams beef, sliced approximately 4 cm
5 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. tamarind, take the juice
1 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. red chilli
5 red onion, sliced
5 cloves garlic, sliced
1 tomato, sliced into small cubes
1 lemon, take the juice
Sugar to taste
1 litre of water, to boil the meat
Vegetable oil to taste to fry the meat


HOW TO MAKE:

Grind the red chilli into a smooth paste in a mortar or food processor.
Boil the meat with crushed garlic, tamarind chutney and salt water.
Boil until tender, approximately for 30 minutes.
Once tender, remove the meat from heat.
Knock the meat until flat.
Then fry until slightly dark, but not to dry.
Then take a bit of oil used to fry the meat and use it to saute onions and garlic.
Once fragrant, put chilli paste, beef bouillon from boiling the meat, tomato, lime juice and a bit sugar.
Cook until the chilli is cooked.
Then, insert meat that has been fried earlier.
Stir until blended.
Ready to serve.

BAHAN YANG DIPERLUKAN:

500 gr daging sapi, diiris setebal kira-kira 1 cm, panjang dan lebar kira-kira 4 cm.
5 siung bawang putih, dihaluskan
2 sdm air asam Jawa
1 sdt garam
5 sdm cabe merah giling
5 siung bawang merah, diiris-iris
5 siung bawang putih, diiris-iris
1 buah tomat, diiris-iris
1 buah jeruk nipis, ambil airnya
Gula secukupnya
Air kurleb 1 liter,untuk merebus daging
Minyak goreng secukupnya





CARA MEMBUAT:

Haluskan cabai merah dengan menggunakan ulekan atau food processor.
Rebus daging dengan bawang putih halus, air asam jawa dan garam.
Rebus hingga empuk kurang lebih 30 menit.
Setelah empuk, matikan api.
Keluarkan dagingnya.
Pukul-pukul dengan pemukul daging hingga pipih.
Kemudian digoreng hingga agak kehitaman, tapi jangan sampai kering ya.
Kemudian ambil sedikit minyak bekas menggoreng daging.
Gunakan untuk menumis bawang merah dan bawang putih.
Setelah harum, masukkan cabe merah giling, air kaldu daging hasil merebus daging, tomat, air jeruk nipis, dan sedikit gula.
Masak hingga cabe matang.
Setelah cabe matang, masukkan daging yang telah digoreng tadi.
Aduk hingga rata.
Siap dihidangkan.
