BLACK PEPPER CRAB (KEPITING SAUS LADA HITAM)


Making black pepper crab is easier than you think.
You must try to make by your self, I bet you have never had this so good.
Many people like this food to much.

BLACK PEPPER CRAB 
(KEPITING SAUS LADA HITAM)

Ingredients :

1 kg whole blue swimmer crab
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 cm of ginger, crushed
1 tbsp. black pepper powder
2 tablespoons black peppercorns
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon sugar
salt to taste
1 bunch of spring onions, finely sliced on the diagonal
50 grams butter, diced.
1 cup vegetable oil for frying.



How To Prepare The Crab :

Wash the shell.
Cut the body into 2 pieces (do not break up).
Heat fry pan on a medium heat.
Pour some vegetable oil.
Heat the oil until smoking.
Add the crab.
Cook for 5 minutes turning regularly.
Lift and put a side.


How To Cook :

Heat a fry pan on high heat and when hot add butter.
Heat the butter until melt.
Saute onion, garlic, ginger until fragrant.
Put the crab, black pepper powder, black peppercones,
oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, salt and water.
Bring to boil then simmer until the sauce thickens and coats the crab shells.
Put the spring onions.
mix well and lift.
Put the crab on the plate then spoon over the sauce.
serve warm.

Ingredients :

1 kg kepiting
1 buah bawang bombay, iris tipis
2 siung bawang putih, cincang
2 cm jahe, cincang
1 sendok makan bubuk merica hitam
2 sendok makan lada hitam kasar
2 sendok makan saus tiram
1 sendok makan kecap asin
1/4 sendok teh gula pasir
garam secukupnya
1 buah daun bawang, potong secara diagonal
50 gram buter
1 cankir minyak untuk menggoreng.



Cara Mengolah Kepiting :

Cuci bersih kepiting.
Potong kepiting menjadi 2 bagian (jangan sampai putus).
Panaskan penggorengan dengan panas yang sedang.
Masukkan minyak goreng.
Panaskan minyak goreng sampai sedikit berasap.
Masukkan kepiting.
Goreng selama 5 menit sambil dibolak-balik. 
Angkat dan sisihkan.



How To Cook :

Panaskan penggorengan dengan panas tinggi dan masukkan butter. 
Panaskan buter sampai meleleh.
Tumis bawang bombay, bawang putih, jahe sampai harum.
Masukkan kepiting, bubuk lada hitam, lada hitam butir kasar,
Saus tiram, kecap asin, gula pasit, garam dan air.
Biarkan sampai airnya mendidih dan sausnya menjadi kental menempel 
atau melapisi kulit kepiting.
Masukkan daun bawang.
Aduk rata dan angkat
Letakkan kepiting diatas piring kemudian sendokkan dan tuang sausnya diatas kepiting.
Sajikan hangat
