STIR FRY BEAN SPROUT WITH SALTED FISH (OSENG TOGE IKAN ASIN)


This food is so easy and quick to make, if you don't have to much time.
This food is one of my favourite.
A popular food in Indonesia, because it's cheap for the budget.
Here is The recipe:


RECIPE IN ENGLISH


STIR FRY BEAN SPROUT 
WITH SALTED FISH
(OSENG TOGE IKAN ASIN)

INGREDIENTS:

300 gr bean sprouts, washed and drained
4 pieces of fried tofu, cut into cubed
150 grams of dried fish
3 green chilies, finely sliced
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 tsp shrimp paste
soy sauce to taste
pepper to taste


HOW TO MAKE :

Wash and dry salted fish.
Cut the anchovies into small slices.
Heat oil over medium heat
Sauté garlic, green chilies and shrimp paste until fragrant.
Enter salted fish, stir-fry until lightly browned.
Enter the sprouts, stir until blended.
Pour soy sauce, and pepper to taste.
Stir quickly, remove and serve.


RESEP DALAM BAHASA INDONESIA


STIR FRY BEAN SPROUT 
WITH SALTED FISH

Bahan Yang Dibutuhkan:

300 gr tauge, cuci bersih dan tiriskan
4 buah tahu goreng, dipotong-potong dadu
150 gram ikan asin 
3 buah cabai hijau, iris halus
3 siung bawang putih, iris halus
1 sdt terasi
kecap asin secukupnya
merica secukupnya


CARA MEMBUAT :

Cuci dan tiriskan ikan asin.
Potong-potong ikan asin menjadi irisan kecil.
Panaskan minyak goreng dengan api sedang
Tumis bawang putih, cabe hijau dan terasi hingga harum.
Masukkan ikan asin, tumis hingga berwarna kecoklatan.
Masukkan toge, aduk hingga rata.
Tuang kecap asin, dan merica secukupnya.
Aduk cepat, angkat dan hidangkan.
