INDONESIAN SWEET PANCAKE WITH CHEESE FILLING (MARTABAK MANIS RASA KEJU)


This time, I want to submit a report to the #Monthly Event Pawon Ibu #18, I was absent last month for a vacation to Indonesia. When I was in Indonesia, I didn't have time to make the cake and cook anything, but this time I want to show my Indonesian Sweet Pancake With Cheese Filling. Hopefully this recipe can be useful for everyone


RECIPE IN ENGLISH


INDONESIAN SWEET PANCAKE WITH CHEESE FILLING
(MARTABAK MANIS RASA KEJU)

Ingredients A:

125 gr flour, sifted
25 grams sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
175 ml of water
1/2 tsp instant yeast

Ingredients B:

2 eggs
1/8 tsp baking soda
25 grams sugar

Additional Ingredients:

Sugar
Margarine to spread
Sweetened Condensed Milk
Cheddar cheese
 

HOW TO MAKE

1. Whip Ingredients A (except yeast) with a mixer until smooth, add the yeast, stir, set aside the dough for 1 ~ 2 hours
2. Whip Ingredients B with a fork, and put them into dough A and stir well.
3. Heat the martabak pan, pour the batter, flatten the edges, let the dough dispense foam, forming a cavity, sprinkle with sugar, cover the pan, let it cooked
4. Lift martabak, move to a flat (cutting boards), cut into two equal size, brush with margarine while still hot, pour the sweetened condensed milk little by little, sprinkle with grated cheese and fold.
5. Ready to  served

Bahan A :

125 gr tepung segitiga biru, ayak
25 gr gula pasir
1/4 sdt baking powder
1/4 sdt garam
175 ml air
1/2 sdt ragi instant

Bahan B :

2 butir telur
1/8 sdt soda kue
25 gr gula pasir

Bahan tambahan:

gula pasir
Margarin untuk olesan
Susu kental manis
 Keju cheddar



Cara Membuat

1. Kocok dengan mixer bahan A (kecuali ragi) sampai lembut, masukan ragi, aduk rata, diamkan selama 1~2 jam

2. Kocok lepas bahan B, lalu masukan kedalam adonan A, aduk rata.

3. Panaskan loyang martabak, tuang adonan, ratakan pinggirnya, biarkan adonan mengeluarkan buih, membentuk rongga, taburi gula pasir, tutup loyangnya, biarkan matang

4. Angkat martabak, pindahkan ke tempat datar (talenan), belah 2 sama rata, panas2 olesi dng margarin, tuang susu kental manis sedikit2, taburi keju parut, tutup dng bagian lainnya.
