FU YUNG HAI


RECIPE IN ENGLISH


Fu Yung Hai


ingredients:

1 carrot
1/4 cabbage
5 pieces of green onion
50 grams of minced chicken (can add shrimp and crab)
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
3 tbsp. tapioca starch
2 eggs
salt, pepper and sugar to taste
1 clove garlic - chopped
oil for frying and sautéing

Sauce Ingredients:

1 clove garlic - chopped
1 tbsp. oil or margarine
4 tablespoons bottled tomato sauce
(I use ABC brand sweet and sour sauce)
100 ml of water
1 teaspoon tapioca starch
salt, pepper, sugar to taste


How To Make  :

Cut the carrots like matchsticks.
Cabbage leaves cut into thin
Shallot cut thinly.
Heat a little oil, saute garlic until fragrant.
Enter chicken mince, stir-fry until it changes color.
Add the carrots and stir-fry.
Then enter the cabbage. Stir until wilted and then remove and let cool.
Add salt, pepper, sugar and sesame oil into the mixture, stir well and enter the tapioca flour.
Insert a lot of cooking oil into the frying pan
Heat oil over medium heat
Add the eggs to the vegetable mixture, stir and fry.
Remove and drain.

How To Make Sauce :

Heat a little oil and then enter the minced garlic and saute until fragrant.
Enter the tomato sauce, stir briefly enter the water.
Wait until the new boiling add salt, pepper and sugar. Taste.
Give a little tapioca flour water and add to sauce.
Stir until thick.


Completion:

Put the fried vegetables and eggs on a plate
then pour the sauce.
Serve warm.


RESEP DALAM BAHASA INDONESIA


Fu Yung Hai


Bahan-Bahannya:

1 bt wortel
1/4 lingkaran kol
1 lembar daun bawang
50 gr ayam cincang (bisa ditambah udang dan kepiting)
1 sdt kecap asin
1 sdt minyak wijen
3 sdm sagu
2 bt telur
garam, lada dan gula secukupnya
1 siung bawang putih - cincang
minyak untuk menggoreng dan menumis

Bahan Saus:

1 siung bawang putih - cincang
1 sdm minyak atau margarin
4 sdm saus tomat botolan
(saya pakai saus asam manis merk ABC)
100 ml air
1 sdt sagu
garam, lada, gula secukupnya


Cara Membuat:

Potong wortel seperti korek api. Iris kol tipis-tipis dan iris daun bawang.
Panaskan sedikit minyak, tumis bawang putih sampai harum. Masukkan ayam cincang, tumis sampai berubah warna. Masukkan wortel, tumis sebentar lalu masukkan kol. Aduk-aduk sampai layu lalu angkat dan dinginkan.
Beri garam, lada, gula dan minyak wijen ke dalam adonan, aduk rata lalu masukkan sagu.
Panaskan minyak yang banyak untuk menggoreng. Masukkan telur ke adonan sayur, aduk lalu goreng. Angkat dan tiriskan.

Cara Membuat Saus:

Panaskan sedikit minyak lalu masukkan bawang putih dan tumis sampai harum.
Masukkan saus tomat, aduk sebentar lalu masukkan air. Tunggu sampai mendidih baru masukkan garam, lada dan gula. Cicipi.
Beri sagu sedikit air lalu masukkan ke saus. Aduk sampai kental
.


Penyelesaian:

Letakkan gorengan sayur dan telur ke atas piring lalu siram dengan sausnya.
Sajikan selagi hangat
