INGREDIENTS:
3 ripe bananas
2
tablespoons Nutella
1 egg
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
2/3 Cup vegetable oil
1 Cup sugar
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 Cup cocoa powder
3/4 Cup flour
1/2 Cup chocolate chips
1/2 Cup almond powder
Almond flakes
as you wish for sprinkle
HOW TO MAKE:
Preheat the oven to 180˚C.
3 ripe
bananas, mashed with Nutella until smooth and well combined. Set aside.
Mix wet
ingredients (vanilla, egg, vegetable oil, sugar and bananas which has been mashed
with Nutella) and beat with whisk until well combined.
Add dry ingredients (salt, baking powder, cocoa and flour)
and fold together.
Mix through almond powder and chocolate chips.
Stirring
until well blended.
Pour into brownie pan and press into the corners.
Sprinkle
with almond flakes.
Bake for 20 – 30 minutes until center is just cooked.
Allow to cool and slice into squares.
Ready to
eat.

BAHAN YANG DIBUTUHKAN:
3 buah
pisang matang
2 sendok
makan coklat nutella
1 butir
telor ayam
1 sendok
teh vanilla bubuk
2/3
cangkir minyak goreng
1
cangkir gula pasir
½ sendok
the garam
½ sendok
the baking powder
¾ cangkir
bubuk coklat
¾ cangkir
tepung terigu
½ cangkir
coklat chips
½ cangkir
bubuk almond
Kacang almond
untuk taburan
CARA MEMBUAT:
Panaskan oven sampai 180 ˚ C.
3 buah
pisang, di hancurkan dengan nutella sampai halus dan tercampur rata. Sisihkan.
Campur semua bahan basah (vanili, telur, minyak goreng, gula
pasir dan pisang yang sudah dihaluskan dengan nutella) dan kocok dengan whisk
sampai semua bahan tercampur rata.
Tambahkan bahan kering (garam, baking powder, bubuk coklat
dan tepung terigu).
Aduk dengan spatula sampai merata.
Masukkan bubuk almond dan cokelat chips.
Tuang ke dalam loyang brownies dan ratakan sampai ke
sudut-sudut loyang.
Taburi atasnya dengan remukan kacang almond.
Panggang selama 20 - 30 menit
sampai matang. (pas di test tusuk tidak ada cairan yang membekas di tusuk sate)
Biarkan dingin dan potong berbentuk kotak-kotak. (atau
sesuai selera)
Siap
untuk dimakan.
