MARBLE CAKE (MARMER CAKE)


RECIPE IN ENGLISH


MARBLE CAKE
(MARMER CAKE)

INGREDIENTS A:

250 grams sugar
8 egg yolks
4 egg whites

INGREDIENTS B:

250 gr flour 
1 tsp. vanilla powder

INGREDIENT C:

250 gr margarine, melted

INGREDIENT D:

chocolate pasta to taste 


HOW TO MAKE:

Preheat Oven to 180 C.
Grease 22 cm deep ring cake pan with margarine.
Line base with baking paper and grease with margarine on top of baking paper. Set aside.
Beat ingredients A with mixer until light and fluffy.
Add the ingredients B gradually then beat with a mixer at low speed.
Pour slowly margarine melted into the batter.
Stir until well blended and homogeneous.
Take 1/8 of the batter, give chocolate pasta, stir well.
Pour vanilla batter into the ring cake pan and alternating with chocolate batter as well to create the marble effect with skewer.
Oven until cooked for about 45 minutes.
Bake till golden brown and the tester comes out clean.
Do a touch test and puncture test.
Stand in a pan for 5 minutes before turning, top side up, onto wire rack to cool.

BAHAN A:

250 gr gula pasir
8 kuning telur
4 putih telur

BAHAN B:

250 gr tepung terigu
1 sdt vanili bubuk

BAHAN C:

250 gr margarin/mentega cair

BAHAN D:

pasta coklat secukupnya


CARA MEMBUAT:

Panaskan Oven 180 C.
Siapkan Loyang tulban 22 cm , olesi dengan mentega.
Alasi dengan kertas kue didasar Loyang dan olesi lagi dengan mentega, sisihkan.
Kocok bahan A dengan mixer  hingga mengembang putih dan kental.
Masukkan bahan B sedikit demi sedikit sambil di kocok dengan mixer kecepatan rendah.
Tuangkan margarin cair sedikit demi sedikit.
Aduk perlahan secara aduk balik sampai merata.
Ambil 1/8 bagian adonan putih, beri pasta coklat secukupnya, aduk rata.
Tuang adonan putih kedalam Loyang kemudian tuang adonan coklat diatasnya.
Buat motif marmer dengan bantuan garpu atau tusuk sate.
Oven hingga matang selama kurang lebih 45 menit.
Lakukan test tusuk dan test sentuh.
Setelah matang, diamkan selama 5 menit  sebelum kue dikeluarkan dari Loyang.
