PANDAN PLAIN BREAD

Ingredients :
500 g high protein flour (I use Komachi)
11 g instant yeast
2 g bread improver
100 grams of sugar
8 g salt
3 egg whites
5 egg yolks
50-75 ml of liquid UHT milk
125 gr butter
11 g instant yeast

1 tsp pandan essence
How To Make :
Mix all dry ingredients except the salt, put the eggs, add the milk little by little (50 ml first, if less add milk), and pandan essence, stirring until the dough together. Enter the butter and salt and then knead until smooth elastic.
Rest 10 minutes.
Weigh each dough weighing 200 grams and then shape round.
Rest another 10 minutes.
Grease the mold with butter
Flue gas, roll, then put into molds bread (I use 4 rolls to pan size 11x11x27)
Rest about 50-60 minutes, until the dough is quite fluffy.
Bake in oven temperature of 220 degrees C, for 25 minutes.

Bahan
500 gr tepung protein tinggi ( aku pake Komachi )
11 gr ragi instan
2 gr bread improver
100 gr gula pasir
8 gr garam
3 butir putih telur
5 butir kuning telur
50 - 75 ml susu cair UHT
125 gr mentega
1 sdt esen pandan

Cara Membuat :
Campur semua bahan kering kecuali garam, masukkan telur, tambahkan susu cair sedikit demi sedikit ( 50 ml dulu, kalo kurang tambahkan susu ), aduk sampai adonan menyatu.
Masukkan mentega, esen pandan dan garam, uleni sampai kalis elastis.
Istirahatkan 10 menit.
Timbang masing masing 200gr. Bulatkan.
Istirahatkan lagi 10 menit.
Buang gasnya, gulung, kemudian masukkan ke cetakan roti tawar yang sudah dioles mentega ( aku pake 4 gulung untuk loyang ukuran 11x11x27 )
Istirahatkan kurang lebih 50 - 60 menit, hingga adonan cukup mengembang.
Bakar dalam oven suhu 220 derajat C, selama 25 menit.
