RECIPE IN ENGLISH
FRIED CHICKEN KFC STYLE
(AYAM GORENG ALA KFC)

SEASONING INGREDIENTS:
1 whole chicken, cut into 8
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. chicken powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. MSG optional)
HOW TO MAKE:
Place the chicken in a bowl, sprinkle with seasoning
ingredients and set aside for 15 minutes to allow the flavours to infuse.
SEASONED FLOUR COATING:
1 kg of flour
2 tbsp. corn starch
6 grams of baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chicken powder
1 tsp. pepper
HOW TO MAKE:
Mix all ingredients together and stir well and set aside.
DIPPING INGREDIENTS:
1 white egg
1 tbsp. chicken powder
500 ml of water
HOW TO MAKE:
Beat the egg whites with a fork to dilute, put chicken
powder, stir well, pour water, Stir well and set aside.
FINISHING:
Take one piece of chicken.
Roll into seasoned flour coating for a while.
Then dip it in dipping ingredients, lift and roll them in
the seasoned flour coating again while compacting the coating on the chicken.
Do the process twice until the coating is thick.
Do it for all the chicken.
Heat oil, fry chicken until golden brown. Lift and set
aside.
Drain and serve warm with steam rice and tomato sauce /
chili sauce.

BAHAN YANG DIPERLUKAN:
1 ekor ayam negeri, potong 8 (berat ayam kurleb 1 kg)
1 sdt garam
1 sdm chicken powder
1/2 sdt lada halus
1/2 sdt vetsin (optional - aku ga pakai)
CARA MEMBUAT:
Taruh ayam dalam baskom, taburi bumbu, sisihkan selama 15
menit agar bumbu meresap.
TEPUNG BUMBU:
1 kg terigu protein sedang
2 sdm tepung sagu
6 gr soda kue
1 sdt garam
1 sdt chicken powder
1 sdt lada halus
CARA MEMBUAT:
Campur semua bahan menjadi satu, aduk rata.
BUMBU CELUPAN:
1 butir putih telur
1 sdm chicken powder
500 ml air
CARA MEMBUAT:
Kocok putih telur hingga encer dengan garpu, beri chicken
powder, aduk rata, tuangi air, sisihkan.
PENYELESAIAN:
Ambil satu potong ayam.
Gulingkan pada tepung bumbu sebentar.
Kemudian celupkan dalam bumbu celupan sebentar saja, angkat
dan gulingkan lagi dalam tepung bumbu sambil tepung dipadatkan pada ayam.
Lakukan proses diatas dua kali sampai lapisan tepung tebal.
Lakukan untuk semua ayam.
Panaskan minyak, goreng ayam hingga kuning kecoklatan.
Angkat.
Tiriskan, sajikan hangat dengan nasi hangat, dan saos tomat
/ saos sambal.
