CHOCOLATE ROLL CAKE (BOLU GULUNG COKLAT)


I've never made a chocolate roo cake before.
This was easy to make and very yummier
I made this from my own homemade butter.
Someday, I'll be making again.
Here is the recipe:


RECIPE IN ENGLISH


CHOCOLATE ROLL CAKE
(BOLU GULUNG COKLAT)

INGREDIENTS :

5 eggs 
100 grams sugar 
2 tsp. emulsifier
1tbsp. water 
70 grams flour 
15 grams cocoa powder 
10 grams cornstarch 
10 grams milk powder 
100 grams butter (melted) 
1tsp. chocolate paste 
1/2 tsp. Baking powder 
Buttercream enough to spread 



HOW TO MAKE :

Heat oven with temperature 200 degrees Celcius.
Prepare mould with size 28x28cm
Rub the mould with margarine and line with baking paper. 
Mixer all the ingredients except the margarine. 
Finally pour butter, mix well and stir with a spatula.
Pour the dough into the mould.
Put into oven, bake for 15 minutes.
Lift and Let cool.
Brush with Butter Cream.
Roll the cake. 
Cut and serve.

BAHAN YG DIGUNAKAN :

5 btr telur
100 gr gula
2 sdt SP
1sdm air
70 gr tepung terigu
15 gr coklat bubuk
10 gr maizena
10 gr susu bubuk
100 gr butter (cairkan)
1sdt pasta coklat
1/2 sdt Baking powder
Buttercream secukupnya untuk olesan


CARA MEMBUAT: 

Panaskan oven. 
Siapkan loyang uk. 28x28, oles margarin dan alas kertas roti.
Mikser semua bahan kecuali margarin.
Terakhir masukkan margarin, aduk balik dengan spatula.
Tuang diloyang, oven dengan suhu 200 derajat celcius selama 15 menit.
Setelah matang, dinginkan. Oles dengan BC, gulung dan padatkan.
