SPAGHETTI WITH GARLIC, BUTTER AND PRAWNS


I USED THIS FOOD TO PARTICIPATE IN PASTA FIESTA AT DAPUR SEHAT IBU.


I was very happy to win the Pasta Fiesta competition of DSI. I'd like to thank dr. Fransisca Sri Susanti as honorary judge at DSI and to the administrators Ms. Eri Sintya Anggraini, Ms. Adhi Kusumastuti, Ms. Nurbani Hamid, Ms. Nani Saptina, Ms. Suryana Maulida and Ms. Uni Lenggo Geni. This Noodle machine prize will be very useful for me to make noodle and pasta for my beloved family at home. Thank you again for DSI ... success for DSI.

CHOCOLATE BANANA MUFFINS ( MUFFIN PISANG COKELAT )


RECIPE IN ENGLISH


CHOCOLATE BANANA MUFFINS
( MUFFIN PISANG COKELAT )

TAKEN FROM :
RICKE INDRIANI

INGREDIENTS :

230 grams of flour
30 grams of cocoa powder
200 grams of sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
2 eggs , beaten off with a fork
113 grams butter / margarine . Melt and cool .
400 grams bananas , mashed with a fork
1 tsp Vanilla powder


TOPPING/SPRINKLE:

Chocolate Chips to taste


HOW TO MAKE:

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius .
Prepare paper cup for muffin . Set aside .
In a large bowl , stir and sift flour, cocoa powder , baking powder , baking soda , and salt .
Add sugar , mix well . Set aside .
In another bowl , combine bananas , eggs , melted butter and Vanilla , stir well .
Then add into the flour mixture and stir gently with a spatula .
Stir just enough to blend well , do not until smooth and creamy .
Leave it with a rough texture.
Pour into papercup.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top .
Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until cooked and dry surfaces .
Remove from oven and serve warm.

BAHAN YANG DIPERLUKAN:

230 grams tepung terigu
30 gram coklat bubuk
200 gram gula pasir
1 sdt baking powder
1 sdt soda kue
¼ sdt garam
2 butir telor ukuran besar, kocok lepas dengan garpu
113 grams butter/margarin. Lelehkan dan dinginkan.
400 grams pisang, haluskan dengan garpu
1 sdt bubuk vanilli


HIASAN/TABURAN:

Chocolate Chips sesuai selera


CARA MEMBUAT:

Panaskan oven 200 derajad celcius.
Siapkan paper cup muffin. Sisihkan.
Dalam mangkok besar, aduk dan ayak tepung terigu, coklat bubuk, baking powder, soda kue, dan garam.
Masukkan gula pasir, campur rata. Sisihkan.
Dalam mangkok lain, campur pisang, telur, mentega leleh dan vanilli, aduk rata.
Masukkan kedalam campuran tepung dan aduk perlahan dengan spatula karet.
Aduk cukup hanya tercampur rata saja, tidak usah sampai halus dan lembut.
Biarkan teksturnya masih bergerindil.
Tuang kedalam papercup.
Taburi chocolate chips diatasnya.
Panggang dalam oven selama 30 menit atau sampai matang dan permukaan kering.
Keluarkan dari oven dan sajikan hangat.

YELLOW CURRY FRIED NOODLE WITH CHICKEN (MIE GORENG YELLOW CURRY DENGAN AYAM)


RECIPE IN ENGLISH


YELLOW CURRY FRIED NOODLE 
WITH CHICKEN
(MIE GORENG YELLOW CURRY 
DENGAN AYAM)

INGREDIENTS:

150 grams of chicken breast cut into cube
250 grams of egg noodle
4 eggs
2 cloves of garlic, minced
½ big red onion, chopped
3 small heads Bok Choy, cut as you wish.
2 tablespoon yellow curry paste or to taste
2 tablespoons coconut cream
Enough fried onion for sprinkle on top of noodle
Salt as you wish
Pepper as you wish
1 teaspoon of chicken powder
2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil


HOW TO MAKE:

Boil up a medium pot of water, take off the heat and let the noodles soften covered in the hot water for about 15 min, then drain.
Give a stir occasionally so they don't stick together. Set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan or wok on high.
Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
Cook chicken meat until browned and cooked through.
Add salt and pepper, mix well.
Add eggs and stir until fully cooked.
Add yellow curry paste and coconut cream. Mix well and simmer for 1 minute.
Add Bok Choy to same pan and stir-fry for 1 minute, or until tender.
Add noodles and toss to combine.
Serve in plate.
Sprinkle with fried onion.

BAHAN YANG DIGUNAKAN:

400 gram dada ayam, potong dadu
250 gram mie telur
4 butir telur ayam
2 siung bawang putih, cincang
½ bagian bawang merah burukuran besar, cincang
3 helai daun Bok Choy, potong sesuai selera
2 sendok makan atau sesuai selera pasta yellow curry
2 sendok makan santan kelapa instant
Bawang goreng secukupnya untuk taburan diatas mie.
Kerupuk sesuai selera.
Garam secukupnya
Merica secukupnya
1 sendok teh bubuk kaldu ayam
2 sdm minyak goreng.


CARA MEMBUAT:

Rebus air di panci berukuran sedang, Rebus mie sekitar 15 menit, kemudian tiriskan.
Aduk sesekali agar tidak saling menempel. Sisihkan.
Panaskan minyak goreng dalam wajan berukuran besar dengan panas tinggi.
Tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah sampai harum.
Masak daging ayam sampai kecoklatan dan matang.
Tambahkan garam dan merica, aduk rata.
Tambahkan telur dan aduk sampai benar-benar matang.
Tambahkan pasta kari kuning (yellow curry) dan santan. Aduk rata dan didihkan selama 1 menit.
Tambahkan Bok Choy ke dalam panci yang sama dan tumis selama 1 menit, atau sampai lunak.
Tambahkan mie dan aduk sampai rata.
Sajikan dalam piring. 
Taburi dengan bawang goreng.

CHEESE SPRINKLED CAKE (CAKE TABUR KEJU)


RECIPE IN ENGLISH


CHEESE SPRINKLED CAKE
(CAKE TABUR KEJU)

TAKEN FROM:

INGREDIENTS:

5 eggs
1 egg white
200 g butter, melted
125 gr flour
50 gr  milk powder
200 gr Caster sugar
1 tbsp. SP (emulsifier)


HOW TO MAKE:

Beat eggs, sugar, and emulsifier (SP) until thick and fluffy.
Turn off the mixer.
Put flour and milk powder bit by bit. Mix well with a spatula.
Add melted butter and mix well with a spatula.
Brush the pan with butter and sprinkle with flour.
Put in a pan and an oven with a temperature of 150 for 30 minutes or until cooked.
Remove and let cool.
Divide the cake into two parts.
Rub the first cake with butter cream, then put the second layer on top.
Last step, Rub the top of the cake with butter cream and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Ready to serve with coffee or tea and Ready to eat.

BAHAN YANG DIBUTUHKAN :

5 butir telur
1 putih telur
200 gr mentega, cairkan
125 gr terigu
50 gr susu bubuk instan
200 gr gula halus
1 sdm SP (emulsifier)


CARA MEMBUAT:

Kocok telur, gula, dan TBM hingga kental dan mengembang.
Matikan mikser.
Masukan tepung dan susu bubuk sedikit demi sedikit. Aduk rata dengan spatula.
Masukkan mentega cair dan aduk rata dengan spatula.
Oles Loyang dengan mentega dan taburi dengan tepung.
Masukan dalam loyang lalu oven dengan suhu 150 selama 30 menit atau sampai matang.
Angkat dan biarkan dingin.
Bagi kue menjadi dua bagian.
Olesi kue bagian pertama dengan butter cream, Kemudian tumpuk dengan kue bagian kedua.
Oles bagian atas kue dengan butter cream dan taburi dengan keju parut.
Siap di hidangkan dan dimakan dengan the atau kopi hangat.

CHARACTER STEAM BUN WITH CHOCOLATE NUTELLA FILLING (BAKPAO KARAKTER DENGAN ISIAN COKLAT NUTELLA)


I USED THIS FOOD FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE MONTHLY EVENT PAWON IBU #27.
ALL CHARACTER STEAM BUN ARE VERY CUTE AND THE TASTES VERY YUMMY.


RECIPE IN ENGLISH


CHARACTER STEAM BUN WITH CHOCOLATE NUTELLA FILLING
(BAKPAO KARAKTER 
DENGAN ISIAN COKLAT NUTELLA)

(I used only ½ recipe)

INGREDIENTS:

300 gr Flour
125 gr Hong Kong Flour or Pau Flour
100 gr Tang mien Flour
250 ml Cold Water
½ sachet Fermipan (yeast / yeast)
50 gr Crisco shortening
100 gr Caster Sugar
1/2 tsp. salt


INGREDIENTS FOR FILLING:

1 tbsp. Chocolate Nutella

INGREDIENTS FOR DECORATE:

Pao dough that has been colored foods, according to taste.


HOW TO MAKE:

Mix all ingredients, except Crisco shortening and salt.
Mixer or Beat until smooth half, then enter the Crisco shortening and salt, then mixer or beat until smooth till dough doesn't stick to the hands.
Round the dough.
Cover dough with a damp cloth and let it rest in a warm place for about 30 minutes or till double in size
Knock down dough to expel some air, transfer to a lightly floured surface and knead for a while.
Divide the dough as you wish, put the filling, decorated as you wish.
Steamed for 10 minutes.
Remove from steamer and serve.


NOTE:

The characters are formed as you wish, and fill as desired.
As for me, I fill with nutella.

BAHAN YANG DIGUNAKAN:

300 gr Terigu Protein rendah
125 gr Tepung Hongkong
100 gr Tepung Tangmien
250 ml Air Matang
½ sachet Fermipan (ragi/yeast)
50 gr Mentega Putih
100 gr Gula Halus
1/2 sdt garam


BAHAN ISIAN:

1 sdm Cokelat Nutella

UNTUK HIASAN:

Adonan Pao yang sudah diberi pewarna makanan, sesuai selera.


CARA MEMBUAT:

Campur semua bahan, kecuali mentega putih dan garam.
Mixer hingga setengah kalis, lalu masukkan mentega putih dan garam, mixer lagi hingga kalis.
Bulatkan adonan.
Diamkan 30 menit / sampai mengembang 2x lipat (tergantung suhu ruang masing2).
Lalu kempeskan adonan, bagi2 sesuai selera, beri isian, hias sesuai selera.
Kukus selama 10 menit. Jadi deh… 


NOTE:

Untuk pembentukan karakter sesuai keinginan, dan diisi sesuai keinginan.
Kalau saya isinya cokelat nutella.
