CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES


 My familly are so in love with these cookies
Chocolate Chip Cookies are made with margarine or butter and a combination of white and brown sugars which produces a rich and chewy cookie and perfect with a glass of milk. 


RECIPE IN ENGLISH


CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Taken From : Sarang Japati ( Mba Elsye)


Ingredients :


¾ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup packed brown sugar
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 egg
2 ¼ cups Gold medal all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup corsely chopped nuts
1 package (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)


How To Make :

Heat oven to 375ºF.
Mix sugars, butter and egg in large bowl. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt (dough will be stiff). Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown (centers will be soft). Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet. Cool on wire rack.

Bahan - Bahan :

¾ cup gula pasir
¾ cup gula palem
1  cup mentega atau margarin, lunakkan
1 telur
2 ¼ cup tepung terigu
1 sdt baking soda
½ sendok teh garam
1 cangkir kacang cincang
 (2 cups) 1 paket (12 ons) chocolate chips semisweet (2 cup)



Cara Membuat :

Panaskan oven sampai 375 º F.
Campur jadi satu  gula, mentega dan telur dalam mangkuk besar.
Masukkan terigu, baking soda dan garam, Kemudian aduk rata.
Masukkan kacang cincang dan coklat chip, Kemudian aduk rata menjadi satu. (sampai adonan terlihat kaku)à aduk dengan tangan atau sendok kayu.
Bentuk adonan bulat dengan menggunakan sendok makan.
Berikan jarak sekitar 2 inci untuk masing2 bulatan di atas Loyang anti lengket atau Loyang cookies yang sudah dilapisi kertas kue anti lengket.
Panggang 8 sampai 10 menit atau sampai coklat muda .
Angkat dari Loyang dan dinginkan di atas rak kawat.

PANDA BENTO


This bento box was made to participate in the 22nd Pawon Ibu monthly event.


This is very cute Panda bento.


Panda Bento

You will need:

Fried Rice with cornet
Sushi nori seaweed
Broccoli
Boiled Egg
Carrot
Indonesian Fried Chicken



FRIED RICE WITH CORNET



Ingredients :

5  garlic clove, chopped or crushed.
2 plates of rice
1 egg, beaten off
5 tbsp. corned beef, according to taste
Salt, as you wish
Pepper, as you wish
1 tsp. sugar
Cooking oil for sautéing


How To Make :

Heat the cooking oil, sauté garlic until fragrant
Put the eggs, stir.
Enter the corned beef, stir, and then enter the rice, stir well.
Add salt, pepper, and sugar, stir well.
Ready to serve


How To Make Panda From Fried Rice

Scoop the fried rice with the panda mould.
Push the fried rice by the mould lid
Take out fried rice from the mould.
Cut the seaweed for making Panda face parts.
To finish is put parts the seaweed on Panda face.



INDONESIAN FRIED CHICKEN


Ingredients :

1 whole chicken, cut into 4
5 bay leaves
1 stalks lemongrass, crushed
500 ml of water
Vegetable oil for sautéing and  for deep frying

Grounded spices:

5 candle nuts
1 tsp. coriander
6 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp. turmeric powder
3 cm galangal
4 cm ginger
salt as you wish
1 tsp. white pepper

How To Make :

Marinate chicken with spices, let stand for 1 hours until the flavours mingle.
Cook the chicken with bay leaf, lemon grass, and water, along with the spice paste over medium heat.
Bring to a boil.
Lower the heat.
Cook until the water runs out while stirring occasionally.
Remove, let it cool.
Heat enough cooking oil in a pan.
Fry chicken in hot oil until golden yellow.
Remove from oil, and drain it with kitchen towel.



STEP TO MAKE BENTO

Place panda bento in the bento box

Place some boiled vegetables and egg as you want.

Shredded fried chicken and place as you want in the bento box

INDONESIAN PANCAKE WITHOUT YEAST (MARTABAK MANIS TANPA RAGI)


RECIPE IN ENGLISH


INDONESIAN PANCAKE WITHOUT YEAST
(MARTABAK MANIS TANPA RAGI)





Ingredients:

250 g flour
400 ml fresh milk
1 egg (medium size)
30 g castor sugar
½ tsp. salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
Sugar, for sprinkling
 

Topping:

 Margarine (for spread)
Sweetened Condensed Milk
Cheese grater
Chocolate sprinkle


How to make:

Sift the flour until smooth.
In a container or bowl, combine  all ingredients EXCEPT BAKING SODA.
Mix using whisker until well dissolved. Sieve if there are still lumps in the batter.
Cover the dough and let stand for 1 hour at room temperature.
Prepare pan, or if not available, use a Teflon pan 18-20 cm in diameter.
Heat the pan over medium heat.
In the meantime, mix baking soda with a little water  and add to batter or dough. Stir well.
Pour the batter over the hot pan.
Cook over low heat until the surface dry up and bubbles form on the surface of the dough.
Sprinkle with a little sugar over the pancake , then cover pan and let it cook until set.
After being cooked, transfer Indonesian pancake into a flat plate or cutting board.
Spread or rub with margarine and put toppings (cheese, chocolate sprinkle and pour sweet condensed milk over)
Fold the pancake and spread again with butter. Cut as desired.
Serve warm or cold with cofee or tea

INDONESIAN PANCAKE WITHOUT YEAST
(MARTABAK MANIS TANPA RAGI)




Bahan :

250 gr tepung terigu serbaguna
400 ml susu segar
1 butir telur (medium size)
30 gr gula castor
½ sdt garam
½ sdt baking soda
Gula pasir, untuk taburan


Topping :

margarin (untuk olesan)
Susu kental manis
Keju parut
Meises coklat


Cara membuat :

Ayak tepung terigu sampai halus.
Dalam sebuah wadah (enaknya wadah yang bertutup), campur semua bahan adonan martabak manis, KECUALI BAKING SODA-nya. Aduk sampai halus tercampur rata, boleh disaring sampai tidak ada sisa gumpalan adonan. Tutup adonan & diamkan selama 1 jam-an dalam suhu ruangan.
Siapkan loyang martabak, atau kalau nggak ada, gunakan wajan teflon berdiameter 18-20 cm. Panaskan wajan sampai merata panasnya.
Sementara itu, campur baking soda dengan sedikiiiiiiit air, lalu masukkan ke adonan martabak manis. Aduk rata.
Tuang sekitar 2-3 sendok sayur adonan martabak manis ke wajan yang panas. Masak dengan api kecil, sampai terbentuk gelembung-gelembung udara di permukaan adonan.
Taburi gula pasir, lalu tutup wajannya
setelah matang, keluarkan, oles margarin dan beri topping sesuka hati

STIR FRIED LONG BEANS (TUMIS KACANG PANJANG)


This recipe is simple to make and addictively-good.
This is traditional food from my country.


RECIPE IN ENGLISH


STIR FRIED LONG BEANS
(TUMIS KACANG PANJANG)




Ingredients:

 5 long beans, cut into pieces - / + 4 cm
300 g tempeh, cut lengthwise, half-baked fries.
3 pieces of red chili, sliced ​​oblique
7 pieces of red onion, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 cm, crushed galangal
1 bay leaf
3-5 tablespoons Indonesian Sweet  Soy Sauce, depending on taste
2 tbsp. fried onions
1 tsp. Shrimp paste
Salt and sugar to taste.


How to make:

Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
Then enter the red chilli and green chilli
 Add the galangal, bay leaves, shrimp paste, salt and sugar.
Enter the long beans cook again until slightly wilted.
Put fried tempeh and Indonesian sweet soy sauce and stir well.
Remove and serve


RESEP DALAM BAHASA INDONESIA


STIR FRIED LONG BEANS
(TUMIS KACANG PANJANG)




Bahan - bahan :

5 batang kacang panjang, potong potong -/+ 4 cm
300 gr tempe, potong memanjang, goreng setengah matang.
3 buah cabe merah, iris serong
5 buah cabe hijau, iris serong
7 buah bawang merah, iris tipis
3 siung bawang putih, iris tipis
1 cm, lengkuas memarkan
1 lbr daun salam
3 - 5 sdm kecap manis, tergantung selera
2 sdm bawang goreng
1 sdt terasi
Garam dan gula pasir sesuai selera.


Cara membuat :

1. Tumis bawang merah dan ba wang putih hingga harum.
2. Kemudian masukkan cabe merah dan cabe hijau
3 Tambahkan lengkuas, daun salam, terasi, garam dan gula.
3. Masukkan kacang panjang masak lagi hingga agak layu.
4. Masukan gorengan tempe dan kecap, aduk rata.
5. Angkat dan hidangkan.

CHOCOLATE CHIP BUTTER COOKIES


These are  absolute favorite chocolate chip cookies for my familly and they are so EASY.


RECIPE IN ENGLISH


Chocolate Chip Butter Cookies




  Ingredients

1 cup butter, cubed
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 cup (6 ounces) miniature semisweet chocolate chips


HOW TO MAKE

Melt butter in a microwave; stir in vanilla. Cool completely.
In a large bowl, combine flour and confectioners' sugar; stir in butter mixture and chocolate chips (mixture will be crumbly).
Shape into 1-in. balls.
Place 2 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets; flatten slightly.
Bake at 375° for 12 minutes or until edges begin to brown.
Cool on wire racks.

Chocolate Chip Butter Cookies




  Ingredients

1 cup mentega, potong dadu
1/2 sendok teh vanili bubuk
2 cup tepung terigu
1 cup gula halus
1 cup (6 ons) coklat chip


Cara Membuat :

Lelehkan mentega di dalam microwave atau diatas kompor.

Diamkan sampai suhu ruangan atau sampai dingin.

Masukkan vanilli, kemudian aduk rata.

Dalam mangkuk besar, campurkan tepung dan gula halus; aduk dalam campuran mentega dan coklat chips (campuran akan rapuh).

Dibentuk satu-satu menjadi sebuah bulatan atau bola.

Letakkan pada loyang anti lengket dengan jarak 2 cm.

Panggang pada suhu 375 ° C selama 12 menit atau sampai tepi mulai coklat.

Dinginkan di atas rak kawat.
