FERMENTED CASSAVA CHEESE CAKE Mr SAHAK’s STYLE (CAKE TAPE KEJU ALA PAK SAHAK)

FERMENTED CASSAVA CHEESE CAKE Mr SAHAK’s STYLE
(CAKE TAPE KEJU ALA PAK SAHAK)

Taken From:

INGREDIENTS A:

250 grams margarine
300 grams of white sugar
(Both ingredients are whipped until soft)
Eggs 10 grains (10 egg yolk and 5 eggwhite)
1 tbsp. of bread improver (TBM)
(Enter gradually while whipping until fluffy)

INGREDIENTS B:

250 grams of wheat flour
30 grams of Cornstarch
40 grams of milk powder
(Sift together)

INGREDIENTS C:

400 grams fermented cassava (mashed)
150 grams of cheese (grated)

INGREDIENTS D: 

150 grams of vegetable oil


HOW TO MAKE:

Add ingredients B to ingredients A and stir until blended.
Then enter ingredients C, stir again until smooth.
Enter ingredients D and mix again until evenly distributed.
Pour into a round cake mould with 28 cm in diameter which have been polished with margarine and sprinkled with flour.
Bake for 45 minutes or until cooked to a temperature of 160 degrees.


Note:

Yellow colour obtained from the use of egg yolk and yellow fermented cassava.

Taken From:

BAHAN A:

Margarin 250 gram
Gula halus 300 gram
(kedua bahan tersebut dikocok sampai lembut)
Telur 10 butir ( 10 kuningnya saja dan 5 putihnya saja )
TBM 1 sdm
(masukan secara bertahap sambil dikocok sampai mengembang )

BAHAN B :

Tepung terigu 250 gram
Maizena 30 gram
Susu bubuk 40 gram
( ayak jadi satu )
BAHAN C :
Tape singkong 400 gram ( dihaluskan )
Keju 150 gram ( diparut )

BAHAN D:

Minyak sayur 150 gram 


CARA MEMBUAT:

Masukan bahan B kedalam bahan A lalu aduk sampai rata.
Kemudian masukan bahan C aduk lagi sampai rata.
Masukan bahan D lalu aduk lagi sampai merata.
Tuang keloyang tulban berdiameter 28 cm yang telah dipoles dengan margarin dan ditaburi tepung.
Panggang selama 45 menit atau sampai matang dengan suhu 160 derajat.


NOTE:

Warna kuning didapat dari penggunaan kuning telur dan pemilihan tape yang berwarna kuning.

WHITE CAKE NAURA’s CAKE STYLE

INGREDIENTS:

225 gr white sugar
250 gr flour
200 ml egg white
100 ml vegetable oil
1 teaspoon bread improver
¼ teaspoon of vanilla
¼ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon of salt
Sultana as you wish
42 gr condensed milk
5 gr milk powder
100 ml water
*Dissolve condensed milk & milk powder into 100 ml water*.

(If you wish to use fresh milk, substitute condensed milk, powder milk, and water with 100 ml fresh milk. Or if you wish to use coconut milk, replace all milk and water with 150 ml of coconut milk)



HOW TO MAKE:

Mix all ingredients with a mixer until fluffy and white.
Spread sultana at the bottom of a cake mould.
Pour the dough into the mould.
Put the dough into a steamer for 40 minutes
Lift from steamer, flip and let cool.


Tips:

If you use pudding mould, brush the surface with vegetable oil.
If you use aluminium mould, brush with margarine and spread with flour
This cake can also be made by baking in oven for 45-50 minutes at 150-160 degree celcius.

BAHAN YANG DIBUTUHKAN :

225 gr gula pasir
250 gr terigu segitiga biru
200 ml putih telur
100 ml minyak sayur
1 sdt sp
1/4 sdt vanili
1/4 sdt baking powder
1/4 sdt garam
Kismis (saya ga pakai kismis)
42 gr susu kental manis
5 gr susu bubuk
100 ml air
* Larutkan susu kental manis & susu bubuk nya dalam 100 ml air *

(Atau jika ingin menggunakan susu cair : Susu kental manis, susu bubuk & 100 ml air nya di ganti dengan 100 ml susu cair.
Jika ingin menggunakan santan : Susu kental manis & susu bubuk nya di ganti dengan 150 ml santan instant siap pakai).


CARA MEMBUAT :

Kocok semua bahan dengan mixer hingga putih, lembut & mengental
Lalu tuang adonan ke dalam loyang yang di dasar nya sudah di taburi kismis.
Kukus selama -+ 40 menit
Angkat, balikkan perlahan dan dinginkan.


TIPS:

(jika ingin menggunakan loyang puding / agar2, olesi dengan minyak sayur hingga merata.
Jika ingin memakai loyang alumunium olesi dengan margarin dan di taburi terigu).

# Klo mau di tambahkan essence / pasta silahkan.

# White Cake ini bisa juga di oven / di panggang, dengan suhu 150-160 selama -+ 45-50 menit.
