FERMENTED CASSAVA YOGHURT BROWNIES (BROWNIES TAPE YOGHURT)


I USED THIS FOOD FOR PARTICIPATING IN INDONESIAN FOOD BLOGGER  CHALLENGE #12 CASSAVA & YOGURT.
THIS CAKE IS MY CREATION.
IT TASTES VERY YUMMY AND THE FLAVOUR IS VERY UNIQUE.

RECIPE IN ENGLISH


FERMENTED CASSAVA YOGHURT BROWNIES 
(BROWNIES TAPE YOGHURT)

INGREDIENTS:

125 grams butter, melted
100 grams vanilla yoghurt
225 grams choco chips, melted
3 eggs
125 grams white sugar
150 grams fermented cassava, mashed with fork
50 grams flour
25 grams choco powder
25 grams milk powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Almond for topping
1 teaspoon vanilla powder


HOW TO MAKE:

Mix melted butter & choco chips evenly. 
Mix mashed fermented casava with yoghurt using spoon
Beat egg, sugar and vanilla with hand mixer for 3 minutes
Add mixture of mashed fermented cassava & yoghurt, beat for 1 minute
Add mixture of melted butter and choco chips, mix well with spatula
Add flour, choco powder and milk powder, mix well with spatula
Pour the dough into brownies pan which has been brushed with margarine and sprinkled with flour
Put almond flakes on top of the dough
Bake in the oven on 180 degree celcius for 45 minutes
Check with skewer to see if it's done
Take out of the oven and let stand to  cool down.

BAHAN YANG DIBUTUHKAN:

125 gram buter, lelehkan
100 gram yoghurt rasa vanila
225 gram coklat chip, lelehkan
3 butir telur
125 gram gula pasir
150 gram tape singkong, haluskan dengan garpu
50 gram tepung terigu
25 gram coklat bubuk
25 gram susu bubuk
1/4 sendok teh baking powder
Kacang almond untuk taburan diatas kue
1 sendok teh vanila bubuk


CARA MEMBUAT:

Campur jadi satu lelehan mentega dan coklat chip, aduk sampai rata. 
Campur jadi satu tape singkong yang sudah dihaluskan dan yoghurt dengan menggunakan sendok.
Kocok telur, gula dan vanila bubuk dengan mikser selama 3 menit.
Masukkan campuran tape dan yoghurt, kocok selama 1 menit dengan mikser.
Tambahkan campuran buter dan coklat chip, aduk merata dengan menggunakan spatula.
Tambahkan tepung terigu, coklat bubuk, dan susu bubuk, aduk rata dengan spatula.
Tuang adonan kedalam loyang brownies yang telah dioles mentega dan ditaburi dengan tepung.
Taburi bagian atas adonan brownies dengan kacang almond.
Panggang selama 180 derajad celcius selama 45 menit.
Cek kematangan dengan menusuk adonan dengan menggunakan tusukan sate.
Keluarkan dari oven dan biarkan dalam keadaan dingin.

SPRING ROLL SEMARANG STYLE
(LUMPIA SEMARANG)

INGREDIENTS:

400 g of boiled bamboo shoots, cut into small matchsticks
200g prawn, peeled and chopped
200 g chicken meat, minced
2 tablespoons of finely ground dried shrimp
3 tbsp. olive oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
8 grains of red onion, chopped
4 spring onion, thinly sliced
50 sheets of spring roll skin sized 190 x 190 mm
egg white to stick the skin


SEASONING STIR TOGETHER:

2 tsp. sesame oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar


HOW TO MAKE:

Heat olive oil, sauté garlic and onion until cooked. Add chopped chicken, stir until it changes colour.
Add chopped shrimp, bamboo shoots and dried shrimp. Stir until the prawns change colour.
Insert the seasoning mixture and sliced ​​scallions. Stir well and cook until all the ingredients are cooked and spices infused. Remove and let cool.
Take a sheet of spring roll skin, give 1 tablespoon dough. Fold the left side and the right side to the middle and then roll with egg white paste. Repeat until all are used up.
Fry with lots of oil and heat until cooked and lightly browned. Remove and drain.

BAHAN YANG DIGUNAKAN:

400 g rebung yang sudah direbus, potong korek api kecil
200 g udang kupas, cincang
200 g daging ayam, cincang
2 sdm ebi yang sudah dihaluskan
3 sdm olive oil
6 siung bawang putih, cincang
8 butir bawang merah, cincang
4 batang daun bawang, iris halus
50 lembar kulit lumpia ukuran 190 x 190 mm
putih telur untuk merekatkan


BUMBU, ADUK JADI SATU:

2 sdt minyak wijen
2 sdm kecap manis
1 sdm kecap asin
1 sdt merica bubuk
1 sdt garam
1 sdm gula pasir


CARA MEMBUAT:

Panaskan olive oil, tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah hingga matang. Masukkan ayam cincang, aduk-aduk hingga berubah warna.
Tambahkan udang cincang, rebung dan ebi. Aduk hingga udang berubah warna.
Masukkan campuran bumbu dan irisan daun bawang. Aduk rata dan masak hingga semua bahan matang dan bumbu meresap. Angkat dan dinginkan.
Ambil selembar kulit lumpia, beri 1 sdm adonan isi. Lipat sisi kiri dan sisi kanan ke tengah lalu gulung dan rekatkan dengan putih telur. Lakukan hingga seluruh bahan habis.
Goreng dengan minyak yang banyak dan panas hingga matang dan berwarna kecoklatan. Angkat dan tiriskan.

FRIED CHICKEN WITH GREEN CHILI (AYAM GORENG CABE HIJAU)

RECIPE IN ENGLISH


FRIED CHICKEN WITH GREEN CHILI
(AYAM GORENG CABE HIJAU)

INGREDIENTS:

1 chicken, cut into 8 pieces
500 ml coconut milk
150 ml of water
4 pieces of lime leaves, shredded
2 cm ginger, crushed
oil for frying


SPICES:

5 red onions
3 cloves of garlic
4 cm turmeric
5 grains candle nut
salt to taste
Sugar to taste


INGREDIENTS FOR CHILI:

10 green chilies
4 red onions
2 cloves of garlic
2 red tomatoes, cut into pieces
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons oil for sauteing


HOW TO MAKE FRIED CHICKEN:

Grind all the ground spices into a paste.
Rub and marinate chicken pieces with the spice paste for about 1 hours.
In a pot, at medium heat, add marinated chicken pieces along with the paste, coconut milk, water, lime leaves, and ginger, bring to a boil.
Cover the pot with the lid, turn the heat to low and continue cooking until all the water has evaporated .
Remove from stove and let it cool.
At medium-high heat, add oil in to a wok. Deep fry the cooked chicken until golden yellow.
Remove from the wok and pat dry them with a kitchen towel or paper towel to absorb the oil excess.


HOW TO SERVE:

GREEN CHILI :

Grind all the ingredients for chili  into a paste.
Heat the oil. Stir-fry the chili paste until fragrant.
Add fried chicken, salt, sugar, and lime juice. Stir well. Lift.


RESEP DALAM BAHASA INDONESIA


FRIED CHICKEN WITH GREEN CHILI

BAHAN YANG DIPERLUKAN:

1 ekor ayam, dipotong 8 bagian
500 ml air santan
150 ml air
4 lembar daun jeruk, dibuang tulangnya, disobek-sobek
2 cm jahe, dimemarkan
minyak untuk menggoreng 


BUMBU HALUS:

5 butir bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
4 cm kunyit
5 butir kemiri, disangrai
Garam secukupnya
Gula pasir secukupnya


BAHAN SAMBAL HIJAU:

10 buah cabai hijau
4 butir bawang merah
2 siung bawang putih
2 buah tomat merah, dipotong-potong
1/2 sendok teh garam
1/4 sendok teh gula pasir
1/2 sendok teh air jeruk nipis
3 sendok makan minyak untuk menumis 


CARA MEMBUAT AYAM GORENG:

Haluskan semua bumbu halus.
Lumuri dan marinate ayam dengan bumbu halus selama kurang lebih 1 jam.
Ungkep ayam, bumbu halus, santan, air, daun jeruk, dan jahe sampai matang dan meresap. Angkat. Tiriskan. Kerat-kerat.
Goreng ayam dalam minyak yang sudah dipanaskan sampai matang.


CARA MENYAJIKANNYA:

SAMBAL HIJAU:

Ulek kasar cabai hijau keriting, cabai hijau besar, bawang merah, dan tomat merah
Panaskan minyak. Tumis sambal hijau sampai harum.
Masukkan ayam, garam, gula pasir, dan air jeruk nipis. Aduk rata. Angkat.

INGREDIENTS:

3 eggs
75 grams of sugar
150 grams of cream cheese
40 ml of milk
75 grams of butter, melted
75 grams of wheat flour
25 grams of corn starch
Grated cheese as you like, for topping on top of the cake.


HOW TO MAKE:

Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy and stiff around 30 minutes.
Add cream cheese and milk, beat until mix well on low speed around 10 minutes.
Add butter that has been melted, Mix well with a spatula.
Enter the flour and corn starch, stirring gently with a spatula.
Bake around 30 minutes with temperature 175 Celsius

BAHAN:

3 butir telur
75 gram gula pasir
150 gram cream cheese
40 ml susu cair
75 gram butter, lelehkan
75 gram tepung terigu
25 gram tepung maizena
Keju parut secukupnya untuk taburan diatas kue


CARA MEMBUAT:

Kocok telur dan gula pasir sampai mengembang dan kaku sekitar 30 menit.
Tambahkan cream cheese dan susu cair, kocok hingga merata dengan kecepatan rendah sekitar 10 menit.
Tambahkan butter yang sudah dilelehkan, Aduk rata dengan spatula.
Masukkan tepung terigu dan tepung maizena, aduk perlahan dengan spatula.
Panggang kurang lebih 30 menit dengan suhu 175 celcius
