CHICKEN MEATBALLS SOUP AND CHICKEN MEAT ROULADE (SUP BAKSO AYAM DAN ROLADE DAGING AYAM)

RECIPE IN ENGLISH


CHICKEN MEATBALLS SOUP 
AND CHICKEN MEAT ROULADE
(SUP BAKSO AYAM DAN ROLADE DAGING AYAM)

CHICKEN MEAT BALLS RECIPE
(RESEP BAKSO AYAM)

INGREDIENTS:

500 g chicken breast fillets
50 gr tapioca flour / starch
20 grams of salt
3 egg white
150 ml water + ice cubes
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. white sugar
1 tbsp. sesame oil
Enough water for

HOW TO MAKE:

Put the Chicken meat, egg white, salt, and white sugar in a food processor and grind until smooth.
Add tapioca flour, sesame oil, and water + Ice cubes, mixture into a food processor.
Blend until well combined and smooth. Place in a big bowl.
Take 1 tbsp. of meatball dough and shape into a ball form.
Put the ball into the simmering water.
Do it all until all the mixture used up.
Cooks meatballs until floating.
Remove from water and drain.


CHICKEN MEAT ROULADE RECIPE
(RESEP ROLADE DAGING AYAM)

INGREDIENTS FOR:

OMELETTE (Recipe for 1 egg) :

Add 1 egg with chicken powder, salt and pepper to taste, into the egg.
1 tsp. margarine for frying

CHICKEN MEAT:

270 gr chicken mince.
1 egg
1/2 part brown onion, chopped
1/2 pcs carrots, chopped or cut into small pieces.
1.5 tbsp. tapioca starch
½ tsp. salt
Soy sauce to taste
2 tbsp. sesame oil.
Chicken powder as you like
1/4 tsp. coriander powder

HOW TO MAKE OMELETTE:

Beat the eggs with chicken powder, salt and pepper until well combined
Melt butter in a medium non-stick frying pan over medium high heat until foaming.
Pour the egg mixture into frying pan, and make the omelette. Set aside.

HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN ROULADE:

Mix the chicken mince with egg, carrot, tapioca starch, salt, soy sauce, sesame oil, chicken powder and coriander powder, stir well, tasting, and set aside.
Put omelette on the aluminium foil.
Put 3 tablespoons of the chicken mince mixture over the omelette, flatten and roll by using aluminium foil.
Wrap tightly the chicken roulade with aluminium foil.
Steam for 20 minutes.
Let the roulade cool before opening.
Open the aluminium carefully so that the eggs is not broken.
Cut the Roulade as you wish.


HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN MEATBALLS SOUP AND CHICKEN MEAT ROULADE
(CARA MEMBUAT SUP BAKSO AYAM DAN ROLADE DAGING AYAM)

Boil chicken meatballs with broth which was made from the water used to boil the meatballs earlier.
3 cloves of garlic finely chopped then sauté until fragrant and dry by using 2 tablespoons cooking oil,
Insert the fried chopped with the oil into the stew.
Insert carrot chunks and boil until tender.
If the carrots and meatballs are fully cooked, turn off the stove and set aside.
Arrange the chicken roulade and chicken meatballs into a bowl.
Pour the soup into the bowl and spread carrots on top.
Serve with warm rice.


RESEP DALAM BAHASA INDONESIA

BAHAN YANG DIBUTUHKAN :

500 gr fillet dada ayam
50 gr tepung tapioka / kanji
20 gr garam
3 butir putih telur
150 ml air + es batu
1/2 sdt merica bubuk
1 sdt gula pasir
1 sdm minyak wijen
air secukupnya untuk merebus bakso 

CARA MEMBUAT:

Blender fillet ayam, putih telur, garam dan gula hingga halus.
Masukkan tepung tapioka, minyak wijen dan air + es batu sedikit demi sedikit. Blender hingga kental dan halus.
Siapkan air dalam panci, biarkan hingga mendidih. 
Cetak adonan bakso dan masukkan ke dalam air tersebut.
Masak hingga matang atau hingga bakso terapung.
Angkat dan tiriskan. 
Lakukan hingga adonan habis.

BAHAN YANG DIGUNAKAN :


Telur Dadar (Resep untuk 1 telur) :


Tambahkan 1 butir telor dengan kaldu bubuk, garam dan merica secukupnya

1 sendok teh mentega untuk menggoreng

BAHAN UNTUK ISIAN DAGING :


270 gr daging ayam cincang.

1 butir telur ayam
1/2 bombay besar, cincang
1/2 pcs wortel , cincang atau potong dadu kecil-kecil.
1.5 sdm sagu tani
½ sdt garam
kecap asin secukupnya
2 sdm sesame oil.
Kaldu bubuk.
1/4 sdt ketumbar bubuk

CARA MEMBUAT TELOR DADAR:



Kocok telur dengan kaldu ayam bubuk, garam dan merica sampai tercampur rata.
Lelehkan mentega di teplon anti lengket dengan panas sedang.
Masukkan telor kocok kedalam penggorengan, dan buat telor dadar. Sisihkan.

CARA MEMBUAT ROLADE AYAM:

Campur daging cincang dengan telor, wortel, tepung sagu, garam, kecap asin, sesame oil, kaldu bubuk dan ketumbar bubuk, aduk rata, cicip, dan sisihkan.
Letakkan telor dadar diatas kertas aluminium foil.
Taruh 3 sendok makan campuran daging ayam cincang diatas telur dadar, ratakan dan gulung dengan menggunakan aluminium foil. 
Bungkus rolade dengan alumunium foil rapat-rapat.
Kukus selama 20 menit.
Dinginkan rolade sebelum dibuka.
Hati-hati ya saat membuka alumunium foilnya supaya permukaan telurnya ga hancur.
Potong – potong rolade sesuai selera.
