GREEN CURRY FRIED NOODLE WITH PRAWN (MIE GORENG GREEN CURRY)


RECIPE IN ENGLISH


GREEN CURRY FRIED NOODLE 
WITH PRAWN
(MIE GORENG GREEN CURRY)

INGREDIENTS:

400 grams of frozen medium shrimp
250 grams of egg noodle
4 eggs
2 cloves of garlic, minced
½ big red onion, chopped
3 small heads Bok Choy, cut as you wish.
2 tablespoon green curry paste or to taste
2 tablespoons coconut cream
Enough fried onion for sprinkle on top of noodle
Cracker as you wish
Salt as you wish
Pepper as you wish
1 teaspoon of chicken powder
2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil


HOW TO MAKE:

Boil up a medium pot of water, take off the heat and let the noodles soften covered in the hot water for about 15 min, then drain.
Give a stir occasionally so they don't stick together. Set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan or wok on high.
Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
Cook shrimp until browned and cooked through.
Add salt and pepper, mix well.
Add eggs and stir until fully cooked.
Add green curry paste and coconut cream. Mix well and simmer for 1 minute.
Add Bok Choy to same pan and stir-fry for 1 minute, or until tender.
Add noodles and toss to combine.
Serve in plate.
Sprinkle with fried onion and cracker on top of noodle.


RESEP DALAM BAHASA INDONESIA

BAHAN YANG DIGUNAKAN:

400 gram udang berukuran sedang
250 gram mie telur
4 butir telur ayam
2 siung bawang putih, cincang
½ bagian bawang merah burukuran besar, cincang
3 helai daun Bok Choy, potong sesuai selera
2 sendok makan atau sesuai selera pasta green curry
2 sendok makan santan kelapa instant
Bawang goreng secukupnya untuk taburan diatas mie.
Kerupuk sesuai selera.
Garam secukupnya
Merica secukupnya
1 sendok teh bubuk kaldu ayam
2 sdm minyak goreng.


CARA MEMBUAT:

Rebus air di panci berukuran sedang, Rebus mie sekitar 15 menit, kemudian tiriskan.
Aduk sesekali agar tidak saling menempel. Sisihkan.
Panaskan minyak goreng dalam wajan berukuran besar dengan panas tinggi.
Tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah sampai harum.
Masak udang sampai kecoklatan dan matang.
Tambahkan garam dan merica, aduk rata.
Tambahkan telur dan aduk sampai benar-benar matang.
Tambahkan pasta kari hijau dan santan. Aduk rata dan didihkan selama 1 menit.
Tambahkan Bok Choy ke dalam panci yang sama dan tumis selama 1 menit, atau sampai lunak.
Tambahkan mie dan aduk sampai rata.
Sajikan dalam piring. Taburi dengan bawang goreng dan kerupuk di atas mie.
