CHICKEN SIEW MAI DIMSUM
(DIM SUM SIOMAY AYAM)

INGREDIENTS:

20 pieces of ready dumplings skin
Shredded carrots for garnish top of dumplings


FILLING:

150 grams of chicken minced
50 grams of shrimp, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons of corn starch
2 egg whites
1 Spring onion, finely sliced


SEASONING SAUCE:

1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon fish sauce


HOW TO MAKE:

Stir and mix well chicken mince, shrimp mince, garlic, egg white, spring onion, salt, pepper powder, sesame oil and fish sauce.
Add corn starch. Stir well.
Take a piece of skin dumplings, place 1 portion dough filling in the middle.
Pull the edges by using the five fingers, then press the top with your fingers soaked in the water first.
Sprinkle the top surface with a little grated carrot.
Do the same thing until the dough runs out.
Steamed 25 minutes until cooked.
Remove from heat.
Serve with chilli sauce

BAHAN PELENGKAP:

20 buah kulit siomay siap pakai
Wortel parut untuk hiasan atas siomay


BAHAN ISI:

150 gram ayam, dicincang halus
50 gram udang, dicincang halus
2 siung bawang putih, dihaluskan
2 sendok makan tepung sagu
2 putih telur
1 batang daun bawang, diiris halus


BUMBU SAUS:

1/2 sendok teh garam
1/4 sendok teh merica bubuk
1/4 sendok teh gula pasir
1/2 sendok teh minyak wijen
1 sendok makan kecap ikan


CARA MEMBUAT :

Aduk rata ayam, udang, bawang putih, putih telur, daun bawang, garam, merica bubuk, minyak wijen, dan kecap ikan.
Tambahkan tepung sagu. Aduk rata.
Ambil selembar kulit siomay. Beri isi. Lipat – lipat sisinya. Oles dengan air. Tabur dengan wortel.
Kukus 25 menit sampai matang.
Sajikan denga saus sambal
