FRIED NOODLE WITH PEANUT SAUCE (PECEL MIE)

FRIED NOODLE
(MIE GORENG)

INGREDIENTS:
200 gr dried egg noodle, boil to cook.
3 pieces of bok choy, slice in big chunks.
1 shallot, cut about 3 cm long.
3 pieces of fried chicken, broken to pieces
½ teaspoon of chicken stock
Salt to taste
3 teaspoon of sweet soy sauce.

GROUND SPICES:
2 cloves of garlic
2 candle nuts
½ teaspoon of ground pepper


METHOD:
Saute ground spices until fragrant
Add broken chicken and bok choy , mix until wilted
Add fried noodle and shallot.
Insert chicken stock, salt and sweet soy sauce
Stir well until all spices are absorbed
Serve with peanut sauce on top.


INDONESIAN PEANUT SAUCE
(SAMBAL PECEL)

INGREDIENTS:
100 gr peanut, fry until cooked
30 gr palm sugar
2 red chilli, fry (quantity can be adjusted)
2 cloves of garlic, fry.
1 cm zedoary (Kaemferia galanga)
2 lime leaves
1 teaspoon of fried shrimp paste
2 tablespoon of tamarind juice
½ teaspoon of salt
150 ml water


METHOD:
Coarse grind fried peanut.
Grind chilli, garlic, kaemferia galangal, lime leaves, and shrimp paste. Add them to ground peanut and mix well.
Add palm sugar and salt.
Mix all ingredients well.
Pour water and stir until the mixture is thick.
Serve with fried noodle, fried egg and crackers.

BAHAN YANG DIGUNAKAN:
200 gr mie kering, rebus hingga matang.
Sayur Bok Choy, iris kasar
1 batang daun bawang, iris sekitar 3 cm
3 buah ayam KFC, suwir-suwir
½ sendok teh kaldu bubuk
Garam secukupnya
3 sendok teh Kecap manis secukupnya

BUMBU HALUS:
2 siung bawang putih
2 butir kemiri
½ sendok teh merica bubuk


CARA MEMBUAT:
Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum.
Masukkan ayam suwir dan  bok choy aduk sampai layu.
Masukkan mie goreng dan daun bawang.
Masukkan kaldu bubuk, garam dan kecap manis.
Aduk rata hingga meresap.
Sajikan dengan siraman bumbu pecel.


INDONESIAN PEANUT SAUCE
(SAMBAL PECEL)

BAHAN YANG DIGUNAKAN:
100 gram kacang tanah, goreng hingga matang
30 gram gula merah
2 buah cabai, goreng (bisa ditambahkan jika kurang pedas)
2 siung bawang putih, goreng
1 cm kencur
2 lembar daun jeruk
1 sendok teh terasi goreng
2 sendok makan air asam jawa (2 biji asam jawa)
½ sendok teh garam
150 ml air


CARA MEMBUAT:
Ulek kacang tanah, setengah halus.
Tambahkan cabe, bawang putih, kencur, daun jeruk serta terasi. Ulek dan campur rata dengan kacang tanah.
Tambahkan gula merah dan garam.
Aduk rata semua bahan sampai halus.
Tuangi air dan aduk hingga kental.
Sajikan dengan mie goreng, telor ceplok dan kerupuk.
