SPICY CHILE SAUCE WITH EGGS (TELOR BALADO)
This chilli egg is best to be consumed with coconut rice (nasi uduk), fried chicken, and fried thin rice noodle. They are my favourites.It tastes hot and savoury. If you don’t like spicy food, you can reduce the chilli and remove the seeds, and put more tomatoes, but it will change the taste a bit. It won’t taste as good as the original recipe with many chillis. Or you can reduce the hotness not by reducing the chilli, but by putting more sweet soysauce.
