INDONESIAN COCONUT RICE
(NASI UDUK)
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups of rice
200 ml of coconut cream
3 cups of water / chicken broth
1 lemon grass, cut into 4 part
4 bay leaves
2 tsp. salt
HOW TO MAKE:
Add all the ingredients in the rice cooker.
Turn on rice cooker until cooked.
Take out the lemon grass and bay leaves.
Lift the rice and let it cool for 10 minutes to dry out.
Ready to serve with Grilled Chicken and Chilli.
RESEP DALAM BAHASA INDONESIA
INDONESIAN COCONUT RICE
(NASI UDUK)
INGREDIENTS:
2 cangkir beras
200 ml santan kental kara
3 cangkir air / kaldu ayam
1 serai, potong menjadi 4 bagian
4 lembar daun salam
2 sendok teh garam
CARA MEMBUAT:
Masukkan semua bahan kedalam rice cooker.
Tekan tombol on pada rice cooker sampai matang.
Aduk-aduk dan ambil sereh dan daun salam.
Angkat nasi dari rice cooker dan diamkan selama 10 menit
sampai uapnya habis.
Siap disajikan dengan Ayam Bakar dan sambal terasi.
