WATER SPONG CAKE (BOLU AIR)

THIS CAKE IS AWESOME AND REALLY YUMMY


WATER SPONG CAKE
(BOLU AIR)

RECIPE FROM : 
KAMELIA – DAPUR AISYAH

INGREDIENTS:

 1 egg
250 grams of sugar
1 tsp. SP / TBM / Ovalet
200 ml coconut milk / Milk / Water
250 grams of flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 drip of pasta mocha


HOW TO MAKE:

Brush the pan with margarine, and spread with flour. Put aside.
Beat egg, sugar, coconut milk, and Ovalet until light and fluffy around 20 minutes.
Add dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, vanilla) beat for 5 minutes until mix well.
Separate 1/3 batter, add 1 drip of pasta mocha to this batter, and mix well.
Pour yellow batter into the ring cake pan, then spoon the chocolate batter on top of the yellow batter.
Create the marble effect with skewer or fork.
Oven until cooked at 170 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes or you can test it with the skewer, if the skewer comes out clean, it means your cake is done.

RECIPE FROM :

BAHAN :

 1 telur
250 gr gula
1 sdt SP/TBM/Ovalet
200 ml santan / susu cair / air putih
250 gr tepung terigu
1 sdt Baking powder
1/2 sdt vanili
½ sdt garam
1 tetes pasta mocca


CARA MEMBUAT :

Olesi loyang dengan mentega lalu taburi tepung.
Kocok telur,gula pasir, air santan, dan Ovalet sampai kental mengembang sekitar 20 minutes.
Masukkan sedikit demi sedikit bahan kering ( terigu, baking powder, vanili), kocok sebentar sampai rata sekitar 5 menit.
Setelah tercampur rata, Ambil 1/3 adonan kemudian di beri 1 tetes pasta mocca, aduk adonan sampai tercampur rata.
Tuang sisa adonan ke dalam loyang yang berlubang tengahnya,.
Kemudian tuang adonan coklat diatasnya dan bentuk marmer dengan menggunakan tusuk sate atau garpu.
Oven sampai matang dengan suhu 170 derajad celcius selama 30 minutes atau diuji tusuk dengan tusuk sate.
