BANANA FRITTERS


A delicious cheap dessert that you can make for morning tea.
This recipe is easy, with pretty awesome results and It's also super- cheap for our budget. Light fritters with a crisp coating and delicious.
My family love this snack.

In Indonesia assorted fritters is called gorengan (Indonesian: fritters, from goreng "to fry"), many kinds of fritters were sold on travelling cart or street side vendors.

RECIPE IN ENGLISH


BANANA FRITTERS

Ingredients :

6  banana (Lady Finger)
12 tbsp. Rice flour
5 tbsp. flour
2 egg yolk
3 tablespoon Lime Stone Paste
1 tsp. Baking Powder
Salt as you wish
Enough water
oil for deep frying


How To Make :

Peel each banana and cut into small cubes, set a side.
Sift flour, rice flour, salt, and baking powder into a bowl and whisk in water until batter is lump free.
Pour egg yolk, and Lime stone paste into the dough, mix well to a thick consistency.
Pour the bananas into the dough, and mix well.
Heat the cooking oil in a wok with a medium heat.
Scop the dough with spoon and drop them into the hot oil.
Fry until golden brown on both sides . (2-4 minutes)
Once it’s done, remove the bananas using a slotted spoon.
Drain on paper towels on a plate.
Serve with ice cream, tea, coffee etc.


RESEP DALAM BAHASA INDONESIA


BANANA FRITTERS

Bahan Yang Digunakan :

6 buah pisang
12 sendok makan tepung beras
5 sendok makan tepung terigu
2 butir kuning telur
3 sendok makan air kapur sirih
1 sendok the baking powder
Garam secukupnya
Air secukupnya
Minyak goreng


Cara Membuat :

Kupas kulit pisang, dan potong pisang membentuk dadu-dadu sedang.
Ayak tepung terigu, tepung beras, dan baking powder kedalam mangkuk dan tuang air secukupnya.
Kemudian kocok sampai adonan agak kental dan lengket-lengket dengan menggunakan whisk.
Masukkan kuning telur dan air kapur sirih kedalam adonan, aduk rata.
Masukkan potongan dadu pisang kedalam adonan, aduk rata.
Panaskan minyak didalam penggorengan dengan menggunakan panas sedang.
Sendok tiap adonan dan tuang kedalam minyak panas.
Goreng hingga kecoklatan depan dan belakang.(2-4 menit)
Jika salah satu pisang sudah terlihat matang, angkat pisang dengan sendok .
Letakkan dipiring yang sudah dialasi dengan tissue makan.
Siap dihidangkan dengan es krim, the, kopi dsb.
