TORN BREAD FROM 3 INGREDIENTS (ROTI SOBEK 3 BAHAN)

This bread comes from Arab, usually prepared for Arabian wedding.

The fried bread has minced meat filling which is Arabic in origin

Lots of coriander and other spices. And I think if dates are not really that expensive here a nice minced meat and date filling would just be fantastic!!

Very nice looking and attractive fried bread

But in this occasion, I replace the meat with chocolate sprinkle and not fried but baked.

It tastes really delicious.
