HOMEMADE FLOUR TORTILLA


A Tortilla is a daily bread in Mexico.
This Morning, I made homemade flour tortillas, and it doesn't take much time to make it.

HOMEMADE FLOUR TORTILLA

INGREDIENTS:

125 grams flour.
1/2 tsp. salt.
50 ml cooking oil.
75 ml warm water.


HOW TO MAKE :

Mix the flour and salt.
Put the cooking oil, and knead.
Put warm water and knead until smooth.
Let's stand up to 30 minutes.
Take a little of the dough, flatten and roll as thin as possible.
Do it all until the dough runs out.
Heat a non-stick frying pan, then insert the rolled tortilla skin.
Cook until both side become brown.
remove and fill as you wish.

BAHAN YANG DIGUNAKAN:

125 gram tepung terigu.
1/2 sdt. garam.
50 ml minyak goreng.
75 ml air hangat.


CARA MEMBUAT :

Campur tepung terigu dan garam menjadi satu.
Masukkan minyak goreng, uleni, lalu masukkan air hangat, uleni hingga kalis.
Diamkan kira-kira 30 menit.
Ambil sedikit adonan (besar kecilnya sesuaikan selera), pipihkan, gilas setipis mungkin.
Lakukan pada semua adonan hingga habis.
Panaskan wajan anti lengket, lalu masukkan adonan tortilla, masak setiap sisi hingga kecoklatan, angkat dan isi sesuai selera.
