MANDARIN LAYER CAKE FROM WHITE EGGS (LAPIS MALANG PUTIH TELUR)


RECIPE IN ENGLISH


MANDARIN LAYERS CAKE
(LAPIS MANDARIN PUTIH TELUR)


TAKEN FROM:


INGREDIENTS A :


200 g egg whites
1 tsp emulsifier
¼ tsp salt
90 grams sugar
130 g margarine shake gently (if you want to get mixed feeling / replaced with butter)
6 drops of yellow food colour
60 grams of  flour
15 g milk powder
 

HOW TO MAKE A :

Beat the egg whites, salt, emulsifier until half fluffy.
Add sugar little by little and  beat until fluffy.
Pour whipped margarine and yellow food colouring little by little
Pour the flour and milk powder, sifted
Pour into the pan 22x22x4
Put into oven with a temperature of 180, for 30 minutes


INGREDIENTS B :

200 g egg whites
1 tsp emulsifier
¼ tsp salt
90 grams sugar
130 g margarine shake gently (if you want to get mixed feeling / replaced with butter)
40 grams of flour
15 g milk powder
25 gr cocoa powder
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp chocolate pasta



HOW TO MAKE B:

Beat the egg whites, salt, emulsifier until half fluffy.
Add sugar little by little and  beat until fluffy.
Pour whipped margarine and yellow food colouring little by little.
Pour the flour, milk powder, cocoa powder and baking powder, sifted.
Pour the chocolate pasta, mixed well.
Pour into the pan 22x22x4
Put into oven with a temperature of 180, for 30 minutes


COMPLEMENTARY INGREDIENT :

40 g  strawberry jam


Finishing :

Stick together the yellow layer and the brown one with strawberry jam.

BAHAN A :

200 gr putih Telur
1 sdt emulsifier
¼ sdt garam
90 gr gula pasir
130 gr   margarine kocok lembut (kalau mau enak bisa dicampur/diganti butter)
6 tetes pewarna kuning
60 gr tepung terigu
15 gr susu bubuk


CARA MEMBUAT A:

Kocok putih telur, garam, emulsifier sampai setengah mengembang.
Tambahkan gula pasir sedikit demi sedikit sambil dikocok sampai mengembang.
Tuang margarine kocok dan pewarna kuning sedikit2
Masukan terigu dan susu bubuk sambil diayak
Tuang dalam loyang 22x22x4
Oven dengan suhu 180, selama 30 menit


BAHAN B :

200 gr putih Telur
1 sdt emulsifier
¼ sdt garam
90 gr gula pasir
130 gr   margarine kocok lembut (kalau mau enak bisa dicampur/diganti butter)

25 gr coklat bubuk
½ sdt baking powder
½ sdt coklat pasta
40 gr selai stowberi


CARA MEMBUAT B:

Kocok putih telur, garam, emulsifier sampai setengah mengembang.
Tambahkan gula pasir sedikit demi sedikit sambil dikocok sampai mengembang.
Tuang margarine kocok dan pewarna kuning sedikit2
Masukan terigu, coklat bubuk, dan baking powder sambil diayak.
Tuang coklat pasta.
Tuang dalam loyang 22x22x4
Oven dengan suhu 180, selama 30 menit


BAHAN PELENGKAP :

selai strawberry


PENYELESAIAN :

Gabungkan Layer kuning dan cokat dengan selai strawberry
