STIR FRY BEAN SPROUT WITH SALTED FISH (OSENG TOGE IKAN ASIN)


This food is so easy and quick to make, if you don't have to much time.
This food is one of my favourite.
A popular food in Indonesia, because it's cheap for the budget.
Here is The recipe:


RECIPE IN ENGLISH


STIR FRY BEAN SPROUT 
WITH SALTED FISH
(OSENG TOGE IKAN ASIN)

INGREDIENTS:

300 gr bean sprouts, washed and drained
4 pieces of fried tofu, cut into cubed
150 grams of dried fish
3 green chilies, finely sliced
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 tsp shrimp paste
soy sauce to taste
pepper to taste


HOW TO MAKE :

Wash and dry salted fish.
Cut the anchovies into small slices.
Heat oil over medium heat
Sauté garlic, green chilies and shrimp paste until fragrant.
Enter salted fish, stir-fry until lightly browned.
Enter the sprouts, stir until blended.
Pour soy sauce, and pepper to taste.
Stir quickly, remove and serve.

Bahan Yang Dibutuhkan:

300 gr tauge, cuci bersih dan tiriskan
4 buah tahu goreng, dipotong-potong dadu
150 gram ikan asin 
3 buah cabai hijau, iris halus
3 siung bawang putih, iris halus
1 sdt terasi
kecap asin secukupnya
merica secukupnya


CARA MEMBUAT :

Cuci dan tiriskan ikan asin.
Potong-potong ikan asin menjadi irisan kecil.
Panaskan minyak goreng dengan api sedang
Tumis bawang putih, cabe hijau dan terasi hingga harum.
Masukkan ikan asin, tumis hingga berwarna kecoklatan.
Masukkan toge, aduk hingga rata.
Tuang kecap asin, dan merica secukupnya.
Aduk cepat, angkat dan hidangkan.

TRIPE SEMARANG STYLE (BABAT GONGSO)


Tripe Semarang Style (Babat Gongso) is a traditional food from Semarang.
 Basically it's a tripe that sliced and stir-fried with some spices. 
It taste sweet and spicy, but really delicious. 
I never try this food before, this is the first time I eat this food.
I really like it.
Here is the recipe :


RECIPE IN ENGLISH


Tripe Semarang Style 
(Babat Gongso)

INGREDIENTS:

500 grams of Tripe
50 grams grind chili
10 red onion, sliced
4 cloves garlic, crushed in
5 tablespoons Indonesian Sweet Soy Sauce
salt
2 tablespoons fried shallots
10 tablespoons of cooking oil
a little water 


HOW TO MAKE:

Boil the tripe with herbs until tender (greetings, lemongrass, galangal), then cut and set aside. 
Saute onion with cooking oil, until fragrant. 
Insert the tripe pieces, saute a little longer until the tripe started to dry. 
Get rid of excess cooking oil from the pan, insert garlic, salt, soy sauce, small chilli and a little water.
Cook until all the flavors mingle and the water evaporates.
Serve hot with a sprinkling of fried shallots.

BAHAN YANG DIGUNAKAN:

500 gr Babat
50 gr cabe giling
10 butir bawang merah iris halus
4 siung bawang putih, di haluskan
5 sendok makan kecap manis
garam
2 sendok makan bawang merah goreng
10 sendok makan minyak goreng
sedikit air


CARA MEMBUAT :

Rebus babat sampe empuk lengkap dengan rempah ( salam, serai , lengkuas )setelah empuk potong2 dan sisihkan .
Tumis bawang merah dengan minyak goreng, sampai harum ,masukkan potongan babat, tumis agak lama, sampai babat mulai mengering.
Buang kelebihan minyak goreng dari wajan,masukkan bawang putih, garam, kecap manis, cabe halus dan sedikit air, masak sampai semua bumbu meresap dan agak kering.
Sajikan panas dengan taburan bawang merah goreng.

Therefore, 'Schotel' or 'schaal' (meaning 'dish') borrowed from Dutch language, referring to the container used to make this food. Indonesian version is usually made with cheese and Smoked Beef. Macaroni Schotel is a baked pasta. 
This Snack is very popular in Indonesia. It’s very simple to make this food because It doesn't take much of your time, and of course the taste is very yummier...

HOW TO WRAP FRIED RICE WITH OMELETTE

Pour salt and pepper inside 4 eggs.
Beat egg with fork
Fry egg on large Teflon frying pan, with little oil and small flame
Fry until fully cooked, don't flip to prevent the egg being ripped.
When cooked, put on a medium sized deep bowl
Put Fried Rice inside the omelette
Wrap the rice and apply some pressure to shape
Put a plate on the bowl and flip
The egg now wrap the rice
Divide the omelette into 4 by a scissor
Open the omelette which has been opened to form a flower shape.

CARA MEMBUNGKUS NAS GORENG DENGAN TELOR DADAR

Masukkan garam dan lada secukupnya kedalam 4 butir telur, kocok dengan garpu.
Dadar telor dengan menggunakan teflon ukuran besar, dengan minyak sedikit dan api kecil.
Dadar sampai benar-benar matang, diusahakan jangan dibalik, karena untuk menghindari sobeknya telor dadar.
Ketika sudah matang, letakkan telor kedalam mangkok cekung ukuran sedang.
Letakkan nasi goreng kedalam telor tersebut.
Bungkus nasi dengan telor, sambil ditekan-tekan sedikit
Letakkan piring saji diatas mangkok yang telah berisi nasi goreng yang sudah dibungkus dengan telor dadar.
Balikkan sehingga posisi piring dibawah dang mangkok diatas.
Jadi dekh telor dadar menyelimuti nasi goreng.
Potong 4 bagian atas telor dadar yang masih tertutup dengan menggunakan gunting. (lakukan perlahan-lahan agar telor dadar tidak robek)
Buka potongan telor dadar tadi perlahan-lahan hingga menyerupai kembang.

JAVANESE FRIED RICE (NASI GORENG JAWA)


Fried Rice is a traditional food from Indonesia and a great dinner option.
it’s Cheap, quick, simple and easy to make, but very tasty.
I got this recipe from Nugraha ‘s family website.
You should try this recipe.
They usually serve with omelette, prawn cracker and sprinkle with fried onions.
fried rice is a favourite of mine and my family.

Javanese Fried Rice
Nasi Goreng Jawa

Ingredients:
4 servings of cold rice
4 tablespoons Indonesian Sweet soy sauce
5 pieces of meat balls, cut into small
100 grams of shrimp, peeled
3 tsp. salt
Fried onions 


Spices:

5 pieces of red chilli
3 cloves of garlic
4 spring onions
2 pieces of toasted pecans
1/2 tsp. shrimp paste
1 tbsp. tomato sauce 


Complement:

Omelette
Prawn cracker


How to Make:

Sauté ground spices until fragrant.
Add meat balls and shrimp, stir until cooked.
Enter the cold rice, mixed well.
Add Indonesian sweet soy sauce and salt.
Serve with complementary and sprinkled with fried onions on top of the rice.

Bahan:

4 porsi nasi dingin
4 sdm kecap manis
5 buah bakso sapi, potong kecil
100 gram udang, kupas kulitnya
3 sdt garam
Bawang goreng


Bumbu haluskan:

5 buah cabe merah
3 siung bawang putih
4 siung bawang merah
2 buah kemiri sangrai
1/2 sdt terasi
1 sdm saus tomat


Pelengkap:

Telor dadar
Kerupuk udang


Cara Membuat:

1. Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum.
2. Tambahkan bakso sapi dan udang, aduk hingga matang.
3. Masukkan nasi dingin, aduk hingga bumbu rata.
4. Tambahkan kecap manis dan garam.
5. Hidangkan dengan ditaburi bawang goreng, sajikan dengan pelengkap.
